NovaTech FX Makes Canada’s Caution List In Alberta

NovaTech FX has been on a roll lately with the warnings and looks like Canada has issued a warning in the province of Alberta.
Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) added NovaTech FX to it’s Investment Caution List on October 14th, 2022.
To help inform and protect investors, the ASC provides a list of companies and individuals that are not registered with the ASC and that appear to be engaging in activities that either require registration under Alberta securities laws or may be investment scams. Investors are encouraged to consult this list if they are considering investing, especially if they are approached with an unsolicited investment opportunity.
Now they haven’t taken any action on NovaTech FX, but this is a fraud warning in Alberta.
I know when I published my NovaTech Review, there wasn’t any warnings but my conclusion was it’s operating as a ponzi scheme.
ASC is the second Canadian regulator to put out a fraud warning which is very similar to the one from British Columbia
Other places that issues a fraud warning is California (USA) and Russia.
Right now other regulators in the USA hasn’t taken any action specially the SEC, but it looks like it’s just a matter of time…
