Company Overview: Who’s Behind Q-Research?

Short answer? Nobody knows.

Q-Research fails to provide any ownership or executive information on its website. That’s your first red flag.

Their domain, q-research.vip, was registered on March 27th, 2025—through Alibaba Singapore, which is commonly used by scam operations from China. And just days later, on April 8th, Russia’s Central Bank slapped Q-Research with an official pyramid fraud warning.

We’re not off to a great start.

As always: If an MLM won’t tell you who’s running it, think long and hard before handing over your hard-earned USDT.

Q-Research’s Products

Here’s the product catalog:

Q-Research has zero retailable products or services. Affiliates can only recruit other affiliates who invest crypto and… wait for it… click a button.

Q-Research affiliates are encouraged to invest Tether (USDT) into one of several “VIP” investment tiers:

Yes, they’re promising over 36% daily ROI at the highest tier. That’s not just ridiculous—it’s mathematically impossible. But it’s also very effective at separating fools from their funds.

Referral Commissions

Q-Research runs a standard unilevel structure and pays referral commissions three levels deep:

• Level 1 (personally recruited): 12%

• Level 2: 2%

• Level 3: 1%

Not a lot of subtlety here. Recruit, earn. Recruit more, earn more. But don’t ask questions.

Joining Q-Research

Joining Q-Research is technically free, but you won’t earn squat until you invest a minimum of 12 USDT.

So really, the “free” part is just a bait-and-switch to get you in the door.

Red Flags & Issues

Ties to Chinese Scam Factories

If you’ve read our past reviews, you already know the playbook.

Q-Research is just another cog in the massive machine of Chinese-run scam factories operating from Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, and the Philippines.

This is organized crime disguised as fintech.

In 2024 and 2025:

• Over 50,000 scammers deported from Myanmar

• Ten thousand hostages freed from scam compounds

• 450 arrests made in the Philippines

• The US Treasury sanctioned Cambodian politician Ly Yong Phat for harboring these scammers

These “click a button” Ponzis are created in batches, cycled out every few weeks or months, and vanish without a trace—right after they’ve drained every last USDT from their victims.

Final Verdict

Q-Research is not a trading platform. It’s not a tech company. It’s a Ponzi scheme in a hoodie.

• There’s no real trading

• There’s no product

• There’s no business model—other than get people to send money, then vanish

Clicking a button on an app doesn’t make you a trader. It just makes you a mark.

And here’s the part most people don’t realize:

The math guarantees you’ll lose.

Because Ponzi schemes rely on an ever-expanding pool of victims to pay earlier ones. And that pool always runs dry.

By the time Q-Research shuts down and deletes its app, the creators will be long gone—probably launching their next scam under a new name. You, on the other hand, will be left with an app that no longer works and a wallet that’s a whole lot lighter.

Avoid this one at all costs. It’s a dressed-up deception promising “quantitative trading” but delivering the same recycled scam-as-a-service we’ve seen a hundred times before.
