Lightning Scooter Shared Company (LSSC)—the scam that refuses to die—just got called out yet again, this time by Saskatchewan’s Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA). If you’re keeping score at home, that’s fraud warning number four from Canadian regulators.

“Lightning Shared Scooter Co., also known as LSSC Canada, is not registered to trade or sell securities or derivatives in Saskatchewan.”

In other words: If they’re offering you ‘trading opportunities’ or ‘investment contracts,’ they’re doing it illegally. And badly.

The warning also highlights that LSSC has been targeting Saskatchewan residents with crypto trading promises—which is like offering financial advice after watching a TikTok. Illegal, unethical, and bound to end with someone crying.

Still No Scooters. Still a Scam.

Despite the name, there are no scooters. No rental service. No futuristic transportation play.

LSSC is just another app-based Ponzi, offering you fake passive income for tapping a button inside their sketchy app.

Saskatchewan is now the fourth province to issue an official warning about LSSC, joining:

This is no longer an isolated incident. It’s a coordinated campaign of nonsense targeting Canadians coast to coast. They’ve gone from “sketchy startup” to nationwide nuisance.
