Spain Issues Second Securities Fraud Warning Against HelloBit Ponzi Network
- Crypto MLM Reviews
- November 6, 2025
The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has once again taken aim at HelloBit, a trading-signal Ponzi operation that just can’t seem to stay offline.
This marks the second official securities fraud warning against the company this year — confirming that HelloBit continues to violate Spain’s financial laws while hiding behind an ever-expanding maze of new domains.

Now before I get into this…

Now back to this breaking news…
Second CNMV Warning Confirms Illegal Operations
In its October 20, 2025 warning, Spain’s CNMV declared:
“HelloBit is not authorised to provide the investment services and activities subject to the activity restriction in accordance with the Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services Act.”
This statement echoes the first CNMV warning issued in March 2025, which already established that HelloBit was illegally soliciting investments without authorization.
Back then, the CNMV cited the domain hellobitd.com, which has since been abandoned — a classic move for Ponzis on the run.
A Trail of New HelloBit Domains
The new warning lists three additional HelloBit domains, all privately registered and already triggering red flags:
-
hellobitese.com – registered September 11, 2025
-
hellobit.cc – registered July 2024; flagged for phishing by Cloudflare
-
hellobit8.com – registered October 2024; also flagged for phishing by Cloudflare
My earlier August 2025 review uncovered even more HelloBit domains, many now deactivated or blacklisted for malware activity.
A quick web search also reveals new additions:
-
hellobitapp.com – registered June 3, 2025
-
hellobitplw.com – registered September 11, 2025
At this point, it’s safe to assume HelloBit has dozens of active mirror sites — a telltale sign of a global scam constantly rebooting itself under new URLs.
How the Scam Works
HelloBit markets itself as a “trading-signal” platform that helps users earn daily profits by simply clicking a button.
Behind the illusion, it’s a classic Ponzi scheme disguised as a gamified app.
Here’s the process:
-
Investors are given fake “AI trading signals” through a shadow company called TSQ Investment Group.
-
They’re told to “click a button” inside HelloBit’s app to activate trades.
-
The button does nothing — but it creates the illusion of participation while payouts come from newer deposits.
There’s no trading. No revenue. Just recycled funds until the whole thing collapses.
The Dark Reality Behind “Click-A-Button” Apps

These seemingly harmless apps are anything but.
Investigators have traced multiple “click a button” Ponzis to Chinese crime syndicates operating human-trafficking compounds in Myanmar and Cambodia.
Victims are often forced into running scam call centers or coding fraudulent investment sites under threat of violence.
And despite law enforcement crackdowns across Southeast Asia this year, operations like HelloBit keep resurfacing — new domain, new name, same criminal network.
Other Countries Taking Action
Spain isn’t the first to raise alarms.
In April 2025, New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) also issued a HelloBit securities fraud warning, confirming similar illegal activity targeting investors through social media ads and mobile apps.
With new HelloBit domains appearing nearly every other week, it’s clear this scheme has no intention of stopping — at least not voluntarily.
Final Verdict
HelloBit is a textbook Ponzi scam hiding behind fast-spinning domains, fake trading signals, and shady app stores.
The CNMV’s second warning makes one thing clear: this operation is banned from offering investments in Spain — yet continues to solicit victims online.
If you come across any version of HelloBit, TSQ Investment Group, or any site promising daily profits for “clicking a button,” it’s not a financial opportunity.
It’s a fraud network — one that’s already on the radar of multiple regulators around the world.
Same scam. New domain. Different victims.
