OSE Review – Dubai-Based “Investment Fund”… or Another MLM Money Trap in Disguise?

OSE Review – Dubai-Based “Investment Fund”… or Another MLM Money Trap in Disguise?

Spread the love

Let’s start with a simple question.

If someone told you:

  • “We’re a private investment fund”
  • “We generate passive returns”
  • “And you can earn more by recruiting others”

Would you:

A) Get excited
B) Ask questions
C) Slowly back away while maintaining eye contact

Because if you’ve been around crypto or MLM long enough…

You already know how this story usually ends.

Welcome to OSE (Opportunity Safe Experience) — a company that claims to be a legitimate investment fund…

But somehow checks almost every box of a classic MLM investment scheme.

In this OSE review, we’re going to break down:

  • who’s behind it
  • what they’re offering
  • how the compensation works
  • and why this might be more “opportunity” for them than for you

Let’s get into it.

Now before I dive in do you want a FREE Training by my good friend DAN on how you can pull in 3% to 10% per month on a powerful yet simple crypto cash flow strategy?

Proof this works:

WATCH THAT RIGHT HERE AND START WINNING

You never have to worry about being exit scammed on ever again!

Let’s dig in.

OSE Introduction

OSE presents itself like a high-end financial operation.

You’ll see words like:

  • “fund management”
  • “regulated”
  • “strategic partners”
  • “portfolio optimization”

It sounds impressive.

It sounds professional.

It sounds like something you’d hear from a guy in a suit who says things like:

“We leverage capital efficiency across multi-layered investment channels.”

And you nod…

Even though you have no idea what he just said.

But here’s the thing.

In this space…

Big words don’t equal real business.

And once you start digging into OSE…

The cracks show up fast.

Who Runs OSE Review?

Unlike many of these platforms, OSE actually gives you names.

Which at first feels refreshing.

Until you look closer.

The company lists:

  • Christophe Verschueren (aka Chris Vrsch) – Founder & CEO
  • Patrick Tchissambou – Chief Financial Officer

Now Christophe Verschueren is a Belgian national…

Currently based in Dubai.

Which in the MLM world is basically the equivalent of saying:

“We operate from a place where enforcement is… optional.”

Now here’s where things get interesting.

Verschueren has been linked to a previous MLM scheme called 5 Star.

And not just casually.

He admitted to co-founding it.

That scheme?

Collapsed.

And it gets better.

His alleged partner in that venture…

👉 Ghislain Emonts

Was:

  • convicted of crypto investment fraud
  • sentenced to prison in Belgium
  • linked to millions in losses
  • and reportedly on the run with billions in crypto

At this point, this isn’t a red flag.

This is a full parade.

Where Is OSE Actually Based?

OSE claims to be:

“A private and licensed fund management company based in the Czech Republic.”

Sounds official.

Very European.

Very regulated.

Except…

There’s no real evidence of actual operations there.

What likely exists is:

👉 A shell company.

Meanwhile, the real activity appears to be happening out of:

Dubai.

Which, in the MLM world, has developed a bit of a reputation.

Let’s just say…

If you were building a fully transparent, regulation-compliant investment company…

Dubai probably wouldn’t be your first choice.

OSE Products Offered

Now let’s talk about what OSE actually sells.

This is always the part where things either make sense…

Or fall apart completely.

In OSE’s case:

👉 There are no retail products.

Nothing.

No service you can buy as a regular customer.

No standalone value.

The only thing being offered is:

membership + access to the investment scheme.

Which means:

The entire system revolves around people joining.

Not customers buying.

And that’s where things start looking very familiar.

OSE’s Compensation Plan

Now we get to the core of the operation.

OSE promoters:

  • pay a subscription fee (not disclosed)
  • invest money into the platform
  • are promised around 12% annual returns

Which sounds modest compared to the usual “5% daily” nonsense.

But don’t let that fool you.

The structure behind it tells the real story.

OSE openly states:

“Affiliating new members allows you to grow your team and increase your commissions.”

And to qualify:

  • you must recruit at least one person on the left
  • and one person on the right

That’s a binary compensation structure.

Translation:

👉 You make money by building a team.

Not by selling products.

Not by delivering value externally.

Just by:

Recruiting investors.

Also worth noting:

  • commissions are capped based on your investment
  • full details of the compensation plan are hidden

Which is always a comforting sign.

Nothing says “trustworthy” like:

“Here’s the opportunity… we’ll explain how you get paid later.”

Joining OSE Reviews?

Joining OSE requires:

  • a subscription fee (not disclosed)
  • a minimum investment amount

So before you even understand the system…

You’re expected to put money in.

Which is a bold strategy.

PROS and CONS

PROS

  • Provides named leadership (rare in this space)
  • Lower advertised returns than extreme Ponzi schemes
  • Clean positioning as a “fund” rather than hype platform

CONS

  • Leadership tied to previous collapsed MLM schemes
  • Connections to individuals convicted of crypto fraud
  • No verifiable operations in claimed jurisdiction
  • No retail products or services
  • Compensation plan based on recruitment
  • Hidden investment and commission details
  • No proof of external revenue generation
  • No regulatory registration for securities offerings

Final Verdict

OSE presents itself as a legitimate investment fund.

But when you break it down…

It behaves like something else entirely.

Let’s summarize:

  • Investors pool money
  • Returns are promised
  • recruitment is incentivized
  • transparency is limited
  • and regulatory compliance is missing

That combination has a name.

And it’s not “fund management.”

It’s a Ponzi + pyramid hybrid.

Because if the only real source of money coming in is:

👉 new investors

Then the entire system depends on constant growth.

And when that slows down…

Everything else follows.

Final Thought

Here’s the reality.

If OSE were truly:

  • generating consistent returns
  • operating legally
  • backed by real financial activity

They would:

  • be registered with regulators
  • provide audited financials
  • and wouldn’t need recruitment to grow

Instead…

You get:

  • vague explanations
  • hidden details
  • and a structure that rewards bringing in more money

So before you invest in OSE…

Ask yourself:

👉 Is this a real investment opportunity… or just a well-dressed cycle of money moving between participants?

Because if it’s the second one…

You already know how it ends.
