NodeLink Review – Is Charbel Zalaquett’s Crypto Opportunity Another High-Risk MLM Investment Scheme?

NodeLink Review – Is Charbel Zalaquett’s Crypto Opportunity Another High-Risk MLM Investment Scheme?

Spread the love

NodeLink operates in the MLM cryptocurrency investment niche, combining $25 investment “units,” internal tokens, physical mini-computer devices, passive daily returns, and a compensation plan heavily tied to recruitment and downline investment volume.

On the surface, the concept sounds innovative.

NodeLink says its vision is to create decentralized physical infrastructure distributed throughout people’s homes, supposedly making the network resistant to control or disruption by governments, corporations, and centralized organizations.

But an impressive technological vision doesn’t automatically make an investment opportunity sustainable.

As followers of Christ, we’re called to exercise wisdom with the resources God has entrusted to us. That means looking beyond presentations and asking where the money actually comes from.

In this NodeLink review, we’ll examine the leadership, products, NX1 Home Station, investment units, compensation plan, internal tokens, and the concerns prospective participants should carefully consider.

Let’s take a closer look.

WATCH THAT RIGHT HERE AND START WINNING

You never have to worry about being exit scammed on ever again!

Let’s dig in.

Who Runs NodeLink?

NodeLink does not openly disclose ownership or executive information on its website.

Its domain, nodelink.now, was privately registered in December 2025.

Further research, however, points to Charbel Zalaquett as NodeLink’s founder.

That’s important because Zalaquett has a lengthy history in MLM cryptocurrency opportunities.

His previous promotional activity reportedly includes OneCoin and, more recently, WeWe Global.

Zalaquett became a prominent figure within WeWe Global and its subsequent iterations, including The Blockchain Era, Xera, and Homnifi.

By the Homnifi era, he was publicly presented as Head of Operations.

NodeLink appears to be his latest venture.

Zalaquett has also publicly represented himself as being based in Dubai, although his current location isn’t clear.

Past involvement does not automatically determine the legitimacy of a new company. However, leadership history is absolutely relevant when conducting financial due diligence.

When money is involved, transparency matters.

NodeLink Products

NodeLink does not appear to offer conventional retail products or services to customers outside its income opportunity.

Instead, participants can purchase an NX1 Home Station and invest in $25 units.

The NX1 Home Station is essentially a mini PC running NodeLink software and connected to the participant’s internet connection.

A device reportedly costs around $273 USD based on third-party promotional pricing, although NodeLink itself does not clearly disclose the price.

Purchasing an NX1 Home Station allows a participant to acquire up to 100 investment units.

Up to five devices can reportedly operate from one internet connection.

Alternatively, members can invest directly without purchasing the device, although direct participation is limited to twenty $25 units.

How NodeLink’s Investment Units Work

NodeLink advertises daily returns on its units for five years.

Direct-investment units start at Level 0 and advertise returns of up to 2.5 cents per day per unit.

NX1 Home Station units begin at Level 1 and advertise up to 3.3 cents daily per unit.

Recruiting five promoter investors can increase the respective return levels.

Direct investors can reach Level 0+, advertising up to 3.125 cents daily per unit.

NX1 users can reach Level 2, advertising up to 4.166 cents daily per unit.

However, participants do not simply receive the entire advertised return.

NodeLink requires forced reinvestment.

Levels 0, 0+, and 1 provide 80% of the return while requiring 20% to be reinvested.

Level 2 provides 70% while requiring 30% reinvestment.

There is another important detail.

Returns are paid in NodeLink’s internal NLK token, and those tokens are locked for at least 120 days.

MLM commissions and bonuses are paid using another internal token called USDN.

NodeLink also withholds 20% of MLM commissions and bonuses for reinvestment.

This creates multiple layers between the displayed earnings and money participants can actually withdraw.

NodeLink Promoter Ranks

NodeLink has seven ranks:

  • N1 – recruit one promoter investor and generate 5,000 GV
  • N2 – recruit two and generate 15,000 GV
  • N3 – recruit three and generate 30,000 GV
  • N4 – recruit four and generate 100,000 GV
  • N5 – recruit five and generate 250,000 GV
  • N6 – maintain five and generate 500,000 GV
  • N7 – maintain five and generate 1,000,000 GV

GV stands for Group Volume and is generated through NX1 Home Station purchases and unit investments throughout a participant’s organization.

Recruitment and investment volume are therefore central to rank advancement.

Referral and Residual Commissions

NodeLink pays a 15% referral commission on unit investments made by personally recruited promoters during their first 30 days.

After that, the rate drops to 10%.

Residual commissions are paid through a five-level unilevel compensation structure.

Depending on rank, commissions range from 3% to 23% across those levels.

Unlocking the entire five-level structure also requires investment volume to be distributed across multiple recruitment legs.

The second-largest leg must contribute at least 30% of recorded GV, the third 20%, the fourth 10%, and the fifth 5%.

This encourages participants to build investment volume across multiple teams rather than relying upon one large recruitment leg.

Matching Bonuses and ROI Matches

N3 and higher participants can receive Matching Bonuses based on residual commissions earned by personally recruited members.

These range from:

  • N3 – 10%
  • N4 – 12.5%
  • N5 – 15%
  • N6 – 20%
  • N7 – 25%

NodeLink also advertises a 5% ROI Match on daily NLK returns across five unilevel levels.

Another downline ROI Match ranges from 2% at N1 to 14% at N7, with daily caps ranging from $25 to $5,000.

An additional 20% match is available on certain rank-based commissions and bonuses earned by personally recruited promoters at matching qualification levels.

The compensation plan is extensive, but the common denominator throughout much of it is recruitment and investment activity.

NodeLink Bonus Pool

NodeLink reportedly places 4% of company-wide investment into a bonus pool.

N4 through N7 participants can receive between one and four shares, provided they meet requirements including owning an NX1 Home Station and recruiting two promoter investors.

Earnings are capped at $5,000 annually per NX1 Home Station.

The important phrase here is “company-wide investment.”

Again, investment entering the system directly funds a compensation component.

Joining NodeLink

NodeLink promoter membership is free.

Investment units cost $25 each.

Participants can invest directly, although full participation involves purchasing an NX1 Home Station, reportedly costing approximately $273 based on promotional information.

What Does the NX1 Home Station Actually Do?

NodeLink markets the NX1 Home Station as part of its decentralized infrastructure vision.

In practical terms, it appears to be a mini PC containing NodeLink software that connects with the company’s infrastructure.

NodeLink also references idle Bitcoin mining.

That raises questions prospective participants should investigate carefully.

If you’re connecting third-party hardware and proprietary software to your home internet connection, understanding what that software does, what information it accesses, and what servers it communicates with matters.

“Decentralized” is not a substitute for cybersecurity transparency.

The HMall Question

NodeLink marketing indicates that NX1 Home Stations can be purchased through something called HMall.

This should not be confused with the established Korean retailer bearing a similar name.

The NodeLink-associated HMall uses hmall.shop, a domain reportedly registered in December 2025.

That website references HMall and Horystech as sources of communication regarding machine deliveries.

Horystech, also known as Horys Technologies, markets mini PCs and co-product solutions.

This raises the possibility that NodeLink’s NX1 Home Station is sourced through an existing hardware supplier and customized with NodeLink software.

There is nothing inherently wrong with sourcing hardware from another manufacturer.

The important issue is transparency about what participants are actually purchasing and what role that hardware plays in generating revenue.

Where Does the Money Come From?

This is the most important part of the entire review.

NodeLink describes an ambitious decentralized infrastructure project, but prospective investors still need independently verifiable evidence demonstrating how external business activity generates enough revenue to fund five years of advertised returns.

Based on the information available for this review, the identifiable financial activity centers heavily on:

  • Unit investments.
  • NX1 Home Station purchases.
  • Recruitment.
  • Downline investment volume.
  • Internal NLK and USDN tokens.
  • Reinvestment.

If returns ultimately depend primarily upon money entering from new or existing participants rather than independently generated external revenue, that would create the fundamental mechanics of a Ponzi-style investment model.

The lack of traditional retail activity also raises serious questions regarding the MLM side of the business.

NodeLink should be able to provide verifiable evidence showing exactly where external revenue comes from and how it supports participant returns.

Without that evidence, I would exercise significant caution.

NodeLink Conclusion

NodeLink wraps its opportunity around decentralized infrastructure, mini PCs, internal cryptocurrency tokens, and a detailed MLM compensation plan.

But complexity does not eliminate the basic questions every investment must answer.

Who controls the company?

What generates external revenue?

Why are returns paid using internally created tokens?

What gives NLK and USDN sustainable value outside NodeLink’s ecosystem?

What happens if recruitment and new investment slow down?

And what independent financial evidence demonstrates that participant returns are funded through legitimate external business activity?

Until those questions have clear, independently verifiable answers, I would personally stay away.

Final Thoughts

This review isn’t written to attack Charbel Zalaquett or anyone promoting NodeLink.

People matter more than business opportunities.

My prayer is that everyone involved with NodeLink would pursue truth and integrity and, most importantly, come to know Jesus Christ.

As Christians, we should be able to warn people about financial concerns without hating or insulting anyone involved.

We can speak truth and still extend grace.

Before investing, pray, investigate the business model, verify claims independently, and seek wise counsel.

Proverbs 14:15 says:

“The simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps.”

Financial stewardship isn’t about fear.

It’s about wisdom.

Something More Important Than Decentralization

NodeLink talks about building a network that cannot be controlled by governments, corporations, or centralized institutions.

But before you leave this review, I want to talk about a different kind of freedom.

The freedom Jesus Christ offers.

Money can give us options, but it cannot forgive our sins.

Technology can connect the world, but it cannot reconcile us to God.

Cryptocurrency can move value across borders, but it cannot purchase eternal life.

The Bible teaches that we have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. Yet God loved us so deeply that Jesus Christ came into this world, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again.

Salvation isn’t something we earn.

It’s God’s gift through Jesus Christ.

If you’re reading this and you don’t know Jesus personally, I encourage you to seek Him.

Open the Gospel of John and read about Him for yourself.

Talk to God sincerely. Ask Him to show you the truth. Turn from sin and place your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Jesus said:

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – John 14:6

You may have arrived here researching NodeLink.

But your eternal future matters infinitely more than any investment opportunity.

Seek Jesus Christ.

No financial return could ever compare with the gift of eternal life He offers.

May God give you wisdom, lead you into truth, and draw you closer to Himself through Jesus Christ.
