There has been a lot of buzz about this company, but I decided to take a closer look.
Chances are someone approached you about this “click a button” trading MLM or you saw a YouTuber who talking about it and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not.
Just make sure you pay attention and read this to the end…

What Is Bossa App?
Bossa App claims to be a quantitative trading opportunity where they are generating some kind of return on your USDT.
It’s actually very familiar to another company called ITP CORP who recently exit scammed their investors.
When it comes to who runs or owns the company, there is no information anywhere.
In fact, it looks like they are blocking traffic from North America which is a red flag to be honest.
Bossaapp.com was privately registered on March 24th, 2023 and already back in September, BaFin was investigating Bossa App for securities fraud.
Bosstech and Bossa Technology was added to the warning as an update on November 15th.
It’s safe to say whoever is running this thing could be from Germany because that’s where most of the traffic is coming from.
Overall, it is starting to smell like a ponzi scheme.
What Are Bossa App Products?
Bossa App doesn’t have any retail products or services to offer to actual customers, but you can become an affiliate and promote the Bossa App affiliate program.
In addition, you can invest into the company and start receiving some kind of return on investment.
How To Make Money With BossaApp.com Review?
There are two ways you can make money with the Bossa App.
First way is to invest into their investment plan and receive some kind of return on your USDT.
Second way is to recruit new people into the company and earn a commission as a percentage on the invested funds.
Investment Plan
Bossa App affiliate can invest USDT or tether to get an ROI paid out over 30 days.
- Invest 5 USDT and receive 70 USDT across 30 days
- Invest 20 USDT and receive 300 USDT across 30 days

Bossa App compensation plan is a unilevel structure which pays across three levels in total.
If your personally sponsored affiliates investments is more than 30% of the total invested across level 2 and 3, your referral rate is the following:
- Level 1 – 12% (personally sponsored affiliates)
- Level 2 – 6%
- Level 3 – 3%
Now if it drops below that 30% threshold, your referral rate drops to the following:
- Level 1 – 8% (personally sponsored affiliates)
- Level 2 – 4%
- Level 3 – 2%

Bossa App pays out a bonus on your personal recruitment:
- Recruit 20 affiliate investors and receive 150 USDT and then 5 USDT a day (must recruit 5 new recruits each month to continue qualifying)
- Recruit 50 affiliate investors and receive 300 USDT and then 10 USDT a day (must recruit 10 new recruits each month to continue qualifying)

Bossa App affiliate program is actually free, but if you want to be part of the passive returns opportunity, you must invest 5 USDT.
Unlike all the other Bossa App reviews out there, I am going to give you my honest truth in the verdict below!
Final Verdict
Does the Bossa App scam exist?
Let’s just look at the facts.
First we don’t know who runs or owns the company which is a huge red flag.
Second, they already got a securities fraud warning by the BeFin which is another huge red flag.
Third, I couldn’t find evidence of their AI trading bot in action which leads me to believe that only new investments are paying off existing members.
There isn’t any other external revenue coming into the company to fund those returns.
When recruitment slows down in BossaApp.com, they will come up with an excuse saying “We got hacked” or “we need to pay our taxes” like some of the App based Ponzi schemes in this space.
Next step after that will be their rug pull or exit scam.
