What is GPWN Review?
GPWN, or Global Property Wealth Network, is a venture led by James Murphy, residing in the lavish lands of Dubai along with his spouse and three children. When the couple isn’t indulging in luxury, James adds to his collection of over 500 short-term rentals.
According to James, anyone can earn from $10,000 to $100,000 monthly via Airbnb, even without owning property or previous experience. Doesn’t this sound a bit too good to be true? The lavish Dubai lifestyle coupled with James’s claims often raises eyebrows.
But James, as the CEO of GPWN, is eager to show you the way.
Who Runs GPWN
James Murphy is at the helm of GPWN, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs to earn thousands of dollars through renting and subletting properties on Airbnb. GPWN reviews often shed light on James’s confidence in his model.
The man even funded an article on Forbes once, so he must be trustworthy, right?
His presentations and GPWN review segments may make you think Airbnb’s market isn’t saturated. He emphasizes that it’s still a grand opportunity. Just ignore the fact that he sounds like he’s gargling water when he speaks.
How Does GPWN Work
James’s teaching revolves around guiding you to rent a property, list it on Airbnb, and earn $1,500 or more every month. Repeat until you have a remarkable portfolio. He even flashes his Airbnb dashboard, displaying almost 60,000 bookings over the past year, millions in revenue, and a 72% occupancy rate.
But is it a GPWN scam? What about investors and partners? And how much is his personal profit? He doesn’t really answer.
He stresses that now is an ideal time to leverage others’ properties for rental income, especially with rising interest rates. Why buy when you can scale with his Rent to Rent model?
- Identify lucrative short-term rental areas.
- Locate properties with potential for $1,500+ monthly profit.
- Obtain landlord permission to rent and sublet.
- Furnish, stage, list the property.
- Secure your first bookings.
- Appear on Airbnb’s search page 1.
- Reinvest profits for more units.
Cost To Join GPWN Reviews?
GPWN offers various courses. There’s the Property Startup Accelerator for beginners, the Property Accelerator Document Vault for contracts, and the Property Scale Up Accelerator for the advanced folks.
He also shares some success stories. But be warned, it’s not all smooth sailing. Some GPWN reviews on Trustpilot have criticized the network. Complaints range from unrealistic numbers to unprofessional communication and mediocre training.
And what about the cost? It’s hidden behind high-pressure sales calls.
Final Verdict
After analyzing the GPWN reviews and looking into the alleged GPWN scam claims, it appears that James is legitimate. He’s really practicing what he preaches, which is more than what can be said for many others in this field.
While some may be enticed to join, others may choose to take a different route. If the GPWN model doesn’t appeal to you, there are plenty of other ways to generate income without the complications that this approach may present. In the end, whether you view GPWN as a golden opportunity or a potential GPWN scam depends on your perspective and goals.
