Meet LoveBiome, the spiritual successor to the once-beloved superjuice brand that got swallowed up by bad corporate marriages, forgotten distributors, and ultimately, bankruptcy.
This review isn’t just about gut health. It’s about MLM history repeating itself, monthly autoship traps, and whether or not you’re about to sign up for an overpriced green smoothie and a side of heartbreak.

LoveBiome Review – Company Overview
LoveBiome doesn’t openly say who’s in charge on its website—which is ironic given the name suggests transparency and hugs.
But a little digging reveals that Kelly Olsen, former founder of Morinda (aka Tahitian Noni), is back from MLM retirement. He’s listed as LoveBiome’s founder and CEO… just not on their actual “About” page. You know, the place most legit companies would slap a shiny photo and a humble brag bio?(1)
Instead, we get the ol’ MLM cloak-and-dagger: no executives listed, no ownership structure, and nothing to verify who’s really calling the shots. All we have is a Utah business address and a few nostalgic blog posts where Olsen dramatically recalls his MLM heartbreak like it’s an episode of This Is Us.
So why isn’t any of this out in the open? Probably because admitting you’re the sequel to a company that collapsed into SEC lawsuits, CBD distractions, and bankruptcy might kill the vibe.
LoveBiome Products
LoveBiome is laser-focused on one trend: the microbiome.
If you’ve never heard that word before, congrats—you probably haven’t been chased by supplement influencers on Instagram yet. The microbiome is essentially your gut bacteria. LoveBiome believes it’s the secret to vitality, longevity, and apparently… autoship commissions.
Here’s a quick look at their product lineup, all revolving around gut health:

P84: Their flagship “84-ingredient” blend. Retail: $225 for 30 servings or $425 for 60.

PhytoPower Series: Includes variations A to Z (well, almost)—B for blocking carbs, X for caffeine, T for thermogenesis, C for calming, and so on. Prices range from $50 to $95 per pouch.

Next Series: Includes hydration, detox, and balance tonics. About $65 per bottle.
To be fair, the branding is slick and the packaging looks like it belongs in Whole Foods. But here’s the catch: there are no peer-reviewed studies on LoveBiome’s actual products. Just vague references to generic microbiome research and lots of wellness buzzwords.
If you strip away the marketing, you’ve basically got fiber, caffeine, fruit powders, and some probiotics sold at Beverly Hills pricing.
Love Biome Compensation Plan
LoveBiome pays affiliates to sell product… but more importantly, to recruit people who go on autoship. Sound familiar?
There are six affiliate ranks, each requiring more monthly Personal Volume (PV) and Group Volume (GV) from your downline:

You’ll notice that autoship is the glue holding this whole thing together. Most bonuses and commission boosts are only unlocked through monthly subscription bundles, like the “Daily 3 System” (aka your monthly loyalty tax).
Here’s how the money works:

Retail Commissions: 5% on manual orders, 10% on autoship.

Residuals: Unilevel structure paying up to 6 levels deep.

Leadership Bonuses: Up to 10% extra on Level 6 volume if you’re a top performer.

Dynamic Compression Bonus Pool: A bonus lottery based on volume from inactive affiliates.

It’s all heavily skewed to reward those who recruit and keep people on monthly autoship.
Red Flags & Issues
Let’s get the checklist out:
✅ No ownership info on website
✅ Autoship-centric pay structure
✅ Complicated product line built around a single use-case
✅ No clinical evidence on actual products
✅ Heavy focus on recruiting instead of retail
✅ Nostalgia marketing using a collapsed company
Also, let’s talk pay-to-play. LoveBiome claims there’s “no monthly purchase requirement,” but then tells you to buy $130+ worth of product each month to unlock your full commissions.
So technically, you don’t have to buy monthly. You just won’t earn real money unless you do.
That’s not a business—that’s a mandatory Costco membership with probiotics.
Connection to Past MLM Scandals
Kelly Olsen’s tale is classic MLM drama:

Got blindsided by a surprise sale in 2018

Watched it get turned into a CBD pyramid, then a bankruptcy dumpster fire

Then vowed to “restore the culture” and built LoveBiome
Problem is, LoveBiome’s structure is nearly identical to the pyramid-shaped pay-to-play model that got Tahitian Noni in trouble in the first place.
Just swap out acai berries and CBD for gut flora, and boom—same scheme, different superfood.
Predicted Outcome
LoveBiome is built on nostalgia, autoship, and gut buzzwords. That’s not a business model—it’s MLM Groundhog Day.
Once recruitment slows down and new affiliates realize they’re spending hundreds a month on overpriced fiber drinks they can’t resell to their cousin Debra, churn will spike.
The people at the bottom—aka 99% of the distributors—won’t make money. They’ll cancel their autoship. That means the upline bonuses dry up. Then the so-called leaders bail. And so the pyramid collapses in on itself… again.
The market is saturated with microbiome supplements. LoveBiome isn’t unique, clinical, or priced competitively enough to win retail customers.
They’re not selling supplements. They’re selling a dream attached to a recurring monthly charge.
Final Verdict
LoveBiome is a modern reboot of an MLM classic—with all the same bugs, and none of the innovation.
If you loved Tahitian Noni for its sense of community and product focus, this might stir up some nostalgia. But if you’re looking for a legit business, be warned: autoship-driven MLMs disguised as wellness missions never end well.
Olsen’s heart might be in the right place, but his business model is stuck in 2005. And unless they pivot hard toward real retail and clinical backing, LoveBiome is headed for the same fate as Morinda, NewAge, and every other gut-pyramid scheme that’s come before it.
Verdict:
LoveBiome is not a retail-focused wellness brand. It’s an autoship recruiting machine. Approach with caution—and maybe drink a real kombucha instead.
