🚨 Like many other “click a button” scams, Power is linked to Chinese scam factories operating out of South-East Asia.

In September 2024, the US Department of Treasury sanctioned Cambodian politician Ly Yong Phat over his involvement in Chinese human trafficking scam factories.

📍 Scammers operate from countries like:
✅ Cambodia
✅ Myanmar
✅ Thailand
✅ The Philippines

How does this work?

1️⃣ Chinese crime groups create fake investment apps.
2️⃣ They hire trafficked workers to manage the scams.
3️⃣ Scammers use Telegram & WhatsApp to lure victims.
4️⃣ Once recruitment slows down, they disappear.
