Social Boosters Review – The Social Media Scam in Disguise

Social Boosters Review – The Social Media Scam in Disguise

Welcome to my Social Boosters Review!

Social Boosters, a crypto-powered MLM platform, claims to be the next big thing in social media engagement and investment opportunities. But with questionable promises, hidden ownership, and a business model that screams “Ponzi scheme,” is this platform truly boosting anything other than skepticism? Let’s dig into the details.

Who’s Behind Social Boosters? Meet the Invisible CEO

Social Boosters review

Social Boosters’ website was privately registered on August 13, 2024. While no ownership details are provided on the site, a YouTube prelaunch video revealed Joel Gomez as the CEO.

Gomez, a resident of Ontario, Canada, according to his LinkedIn profile, has a less-than-stellar history in the MLM world. Previously, he was the Marketing Director for Evulus, a failed crypto “staking” Ponzi scheme based in the Dominican Republic. Seeing Evulus tank in 2024, Gomez seems to have shifted gears to Social Boosters.

Why Gomez’s name isn’t disclosed on the official website remains a mystery. Transparency isn’t exactly this platform’s strong suit.

What Does Social Boosters Sell? Absolutely Nothing.

Social Boosters offers no products or services. Affiliates can only market membership packages, which allow them to recruit others into the same scheme. In MLM terms, this is a giant red flag.

The Compensation Plan: Returns That Don’t Add Up

Affiliates invest $15 to $1000 in cryptocurrency, promising unbelievable returns:

  • Starter: Invest $15, earn 170% ROI.
  • Growing: Invest $100, earn 200% ROI.
  • Professional: Invest $1000, earn 230% ROI.

The MLM side of the business focuses entirely on recruitment, with commissions paid for bringing in new investors.

Affiliate Ranks: Unlocking the Pyramid

Social Boosters operates on a ranked structure, with eight levels of advancement:

  • Basic: Invest $100.
  • Seller: Invest $25,000 and generate $200,000 in binary volume.

Higher ranks unlock greater earning potential, but advancement depends entirely on recruitment—a classic pyramid scheme tactic.

Commissions and Bonuses: A Recruitment Game

Social Boosters pays:

  1. Referral Commissions via a unilevel structure, capped at four levels.
  2. Residual Commissions via a binary structure, paying 5% to 10% based on rank.
  3. Rank Achievement Bonuses, including gift cards, Apple products, and even a $10,000 reward for top recruiters.

Cost to Join: Pay-to-Play

Affiliates can join for as little as $15, but higher investment tiers come with greater income potential:

  • Starter: $15
  • Growing: $100
  • Professional: $1000

While transactions are quoted in USD, all payments are made in cryptocurrency, adding a layer of anonymity to the operation.

The “Social Media Boost” Ruse

Social Boosters claims it uses affiliate funds to manipulate social media metrics like likes, views, and engagement. However:

  1. This activity violates the TOS of every social media platform.
  2. There’s no verifiable evidence that Social Boosters engages in such practices.
  3. If the platform could generate profits through social media manipulation, why would it need affiliates’ money?

The truth is, Social Boosters recycles new investments to pay returns—classic Ponzi behavior.

Regulatory Violations and Fraud

Social Boosters promises 170% to 230% returns, but fails to register its investment scheme with financial regulators. This constitutes securities fraud, compounded by its reliance on recycling funds to sustain payouts.

Why Social Boosters Will Collapse

Social Boosters’ survival depends entirely on recruitment. Here’s how it ends:

  1. Recruitment slows, cutting off new funds.
  2. ROI payouts stop, triggering panic.
  3. The platform collapses, leaving most participants at a loss.

The math behind Ponzi schemes is simple: The majority of investors always lose money.

Final Thoughts: Boost Your Skepticism

Between its anonymous operations, dubious claims, and Ponzi-like structure, Social Boosters is a recipe for disaster. If you’re considering investing, think twice—this platform is boosting only its creators’ wallets, not your social media or financial future.
