Who’s Running the Show? (Spoiler: They’re Hiding)

Treasure Island operates from three different website domains, each more suspicious than the last:

📌 treasureislandnetwork.com – Registered in October 2023, last updated in September 2024.
📌 ticoin.io – Registered in July 2024, updated February 2025.
📌 watchtreasureisland.com – Registered in May 2021, updated June 2024.

If that wasn’t sketchy enough, one of these domains is owned by Connect Social LLC, a marketing company tied to a guy named Brett Nicholson.

Now, Brett Nicholson is apparently the COO of Treasure Island Productions LLC, but for some reason, this isn’t disclosed on Treasure Island’s actual website.

💡 That’s like running a restaurant but not putting your name on the menu—why the secrecy?

Nicholson himself doesn’t have any MLM history, but he does have a background in real estate and building supplies.

So how did he end up running a crypto-infused, MLM-powered reality show Ponzi scheme? Your guess is as good as mine.

Treasure Island’s “Product” (There Isn’t One)

If you’re looking for actual products or services, don’t bother. Treasure Island doesn’t sell anything to retail customers.

Instead, what they’re “offering” is a so-called investment opportunity where you put in $100 at a time and get a guaranteed 50% return within a year.

💡 Because that’s totally how real investments work, right?

Oh, and they also promise “passive residual income” from 30 different products that will keep paying you for years.

🚨 Reality Check:
❌ There are no actual products.
❌ There’s no proof of how the money is actually made.
❌ Returns are just being paid out from new investor money.

Translation? Treasure Island is just another MLM Ponzi scheme, with a flashy reality show gimmick to make it sound exciting.

Treasure Island’s Compensation Plan (A Fancy Pyramid Scheme)

Treasure Island’s MLM structure is a classic unilevel recruitment scheme, which looks something like this:

🔹 Level 1 – Your personally recruited affiliates.
🔹 Level 2 – People recruited by your recruits.
🔹 Level 3 – And so on, infinitely down the line.

How do you earn commissions?

For every $100 investment made anywhere in your downline, you get a share in a monthly bonus pool.

💡 Treasure Island claims 50% of company-wide investments go into this pool—but let’s be real: Ponzi schemes don’t actually “pool” anything. They just move money around.

And here’s the kicker—these shares reset every month.

🚨 Translation? The only way to keep making money is to constantly recruit new people—which is literally the definition of a pyramid scheme.

The “Reality Show Investment” Lie

Treasure Island markets itself as a “loan opportunity”, but let’s break that down.

🔹 Real loan agreements have legally binding contracts.
🔹 They outline interest rates, repayment terms, and financial obligations.
🔹 Treasure Island doesn’t have any of that—it just asks for money.

So what are you actually investing in?

Apparently, a reality show that never aired.

🚨 Fun Fact:
Treasure Island was supposed to premiere in 2024 with a “gangster’s paradise” theme (which sounds like something cooked up after watching too much Netflix).

That never happened.

But instead of scrapping the idea, they doubled down and turned it into an MLM Ponzi scheme.

Is Treasure Island a Securities Scam? (Yes, 100%)

Treasure Island checks every box for an illegal securities offering under the Howey Test:

✔️ Investment of Money – Investors put in $100+ expecting returns.
✔️ Common Enterprise – The company pools investments and redistributes them.
