The company claims to be led by an individual named Oliver Hogan. Outside of Welbit’s marketing ecosystem, Hogan does not exist.
No employment history.
No corporate filings tied to him.
No independent online presence.
Marketing videos reveal the individual portraying “Hogan” speaks with a noticeable Eastern European accent — consistent with what’s commonly referred to as a Boris CEO, a recurring figure used in offshore Ponzi schemes to give the appearance of legitimacy.
Welbit’s domain history suggests the website was recently repurposed despite an older registration date. Its official social media presence appeared only weeks before launch, reinforcing the likelihood of a rebranded shell operation.
Welbit also provides a Canadian company registration certificate. These documents are trivial to obtain and offer no regulatory authority to solicit investment or offer securities.
If a company avoids naming real people, that’s not privacy — it’s insulation.

There is nothing a customer can purchase without investing money into the platform.
The only “product” is participation itself.
