X365 Review: Quantum Scam Powered by AI Buzzwords
- Crypto MLM Reviews
- May 10, 2025
Welcome to my X365 Review!
Imagine getting paid in monopoly money from a company that uses AI to bot its own traffic, fakes engagement, has no products, and rewards you with tokens that have less utility than an expired Chuck E. Cheese coin.
Welcome to X365 — the scam that throws around buzzwords like “staking,” “quantum mining,” and “federated learning” to distract you from the fact that nobody knows who runs it, and no money is being made outside of new suckers joining the party.
Let’s take a microscope to this digital dung pile before you “invest” your way into regret.
Now before I get into this…
Do you want to know a 100% legit way to make an income from home with crypto?
What if you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?
An income stream that doesn’t require:
- Being on the phone all day
- Wasting hours of your life when people no-show
- Trading your time for money
- Financial stress during a bad month
- Letting someone else control your fate
- No Trading or mining
- 100% Passive rewards from crypto 12% to 200% per year
Student below is up $1000 in a week!
Remember, Lynn is brand new she just got started!
You know what is awesome about this method?
You could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day chasing prospects and reciting the same sales pitch over and over again?

Who Runs X365 Review?
Let’s play a game: find the founder!
X365’s main website — x365.ai — was privately registered back in 2023, with the latest registration update on February 26th, 2025. Additional domains include:
-
x365.gg – registered February 10th, 2025
-
fx365.pro – registered February 11th, 2025
None of them list an actual human being. Not a name. Not a face. Just anonymous ghost operators pretending they’re Silicon Valley when it’s probably just one guy in a rented Dubai apartment using ChatGPT and a dodgy VPN.
The company’s official YouTube channel features AI-generated avatars spewing corporate gibberish. That’s right — they’re not even hiring real people to fake credibility anymore.
Because when you’re running a Ponzi scheme, the last thing you want is a public face that regulators (or victims) can identify.
X365 Products Offered
Repeat after me: no retail products.
X365 offers nothing you can buy, use, sell, or touch. You aren’t joining to get value — you’re joining to shove tokens into a pretend staking pool and pray you can withdraw before it all implodes.
This is crypto MLM 101: promise flashy side projects, delay their launch indefinitely, and use the illusion of “ecosystem building” to keep people distracted while they get fleeced.
X365 Compensation Plan
This is where the grift gets creative. Here’s how it works:
-
You buy X365 tokens with real crypto (like USDT).
-
You stake those tokens by handing them over to the platform.
-
X365 gives you more X365 tokens in return.
That’s it. That’s the plan.
Nowhere in the system does any actual revenue get generated. It’s just more tokens for your tokens, until you try to sell… and find out there’s nobody buying.
MLM Side
-
X365 uses a 10-level unilevel structure to pay referral commissions.
-
You earn 1% to 2% matching bonuses on staking returns generated by your recruits… which were paid in monopoly tokens… that also came from staking.
You see the problem, right?
They’re minting tokens out of thin air and calling it “returns,” then rewarding you with more of that same nothingness for bringing in others.
That’s not a business. That’s multi-level delusion.
Cost to Join X365 Reviews
X365 affiliate membership is technically free, but that’s just the bait.
To actually earn anything, you need to buy their X365 token, stake it, and probably convince others to do the same.
But wait — they don’t tell you what the minimum investment is. Because in true Ponzi fashion, the more money they can get you to throw in, the better.
Final Verdict
Let’s break this mess down like it’s a bad reality show pitch:
-
Quantum mining? Fake. Tokens are generated by someone behind the scenes pressing a button.
-
Staking returns? Fake. Just more X365 tokens that only have value as long as people believe they do.
-
Side projects like FX365, Dex365, and X365 Gaming?
-
FX365: No real trading bot. Just hot air.
-
Dex365: Supposedly for liquidity farming. No site. No code. No clue.
-
X365 Gaming: Unregistered gambling scheme that doesn’t even work.
-
And the cherry on top? They claim 50% of profits from these projects (which don’t exist) are paid to stakers through smart contracts.
That’s right — they’re promising to share imaginary profits.
Even the so-called “NFT incentives” for top earners are a scam-within-a-scam. Because nothing screams legitimacy like rewarding Ponzi recruiters with a JPEG and calling them “Sharks.”
The Bigger Picture: The Organized Crime Connection
Let’s not forget what these “click-a-button” Ponzi schemes are funding.
The vast majority of them — X365 included — are run by organized Chinese scam factories operating from places like:
-
Cambodia
-
Myanmar (especially Myawaddy)
-
Thailand
-
The Philippines
-
And increasingly, Nigeria, Angola, and Brazil
In September 2024, the U.S. Treasury sanctioned Cambodian politician Ly Yong Phat for ties to human trafficking scams.
On May 5th, 2025, the Karen National Army warlord Saw Chit Thu and his sons were sanctioned for running scam compounds where trafficked people are forced to run these Ponzi bots under threat of torture.
So yeah — it’s not just about losing your $1,000 in USDT. It’s about what your money funds on the other side of the screen.
Final Thought
X365 is not a business opportunity. It’s a crypto illusion held together by buzzwords and broken promises.
They want you to think you’re early, that staking equals passive income, and that AI is doing all the heavy lifting.
But the only real AI they’re using is Artificial Illusion — designed to trick you into giving up your money and roping in your friends.
Once recruitment stalls, the Ponzi will crumble — and the only people getting paid are the ones at the top who know the end is coming.
You’re not investing. You’re donating to scammers.
Avoid. Expose. Report.
