XAB Club does not disclose ownership or executive leadership on its website.
In fact, the site itself barely exists. As of writing, visitors are greeted with nothing but a login page — no company info, no team page, no “About Us,” nothing that might accidentally create accountability.
The domain xabclub.com was privately registered in November 2025.

Which explains a lot.
A Short History of Long Collapses
Rehan Gohar isn’t new to MLM crypto. He’s just consistent.
His track record reads less like entrepreneurship and more like a subscription service for disappointment:
- BizzTrek (2018) – pyramid scheme, collapsed 2019
- BizzTrade (2019) – forex Ponzi, collapsed 2020
- BizzCoin (2020) – crypto reboot, collapsed the same year
- BizzTrade Pro (2021) – same thing, new name, collapsed 2022
- NextGen Academy / My Car Club (2023) – collapsed after regulatory issues
- XRP AI Bot (2025) – AI trading bot Ponzi, now gone
XAB Club is essentially XRP AI Bot with a costume change. Even the name gives it away — “XAB” literally stands for XRP AI Bot.
Same concept.
Same mechanics.
Same guy.
Kind of reminds me of another company called Loanledger Review.
Products (Or the Lack Thereof)
XAB Club has no retail products.
No software.
No services.
No subscriptions.
The only thing being offered is the opportunity itself — which is always a fun sentence to write in a review.
How the Money Is Supposed to Grow
XAB Club asks members to invest XRP and promises daily passive returns depending on the investment tier:
- Basic – 10–499 XRP, up to 1% daily
- Eco – 500–999 XRP, up to 1.05% daily
- Boost – 1000–1999 XRP, up to 1.1% daily
- Turbo – 2000–4999 XRP, up to 1.15% daily
- Hyper – 5000+ XRP, up to 1.2% daily
Returns are capped at 300%, or 400% including MLM bonuses.
Hit the cap? You’re done — unless you reinvest.
Withdrawals also come with a 10% fee, because apparently math works better when less money leaves the system.
Promoter Ranks (Aka How Much XRP Your Friends Put In)
Ranks are based entirely on downline XRP investment volume:
- Ambassador 1 – 1,000 XRP
- Ambassador 2 – 2,500 XRP
- Ambassador 5 – 5,000 XRP

- Sapphire – 50,000 XRP

Referral Commissions (Unilevel)
XAB Club uses a unilevel structure, paying commissions across up to 20 levels.
How much you earn depends on how much you personally invest:
- Basic – 8% on level 1
- Eco – 8% level 1, 2% level 2
- Turbo – commissions extend to level 10
- Hyper – commissions extend to level 15
- Tycoon – commissions extend to level 20
Every commission is calculated on investment deposits, not real-world profits.
Team Bonus (Because Why Not Add Another One)
XAB Club also offers a Team Bonus based on rolling 90-day downline investment volume:
- Ambassador 1 – 6%
- Ambassador 2 – 7%
- Ambassador 5 – 8%

XAB Club isn’t complicated.
