DAO1 Terminates Trading Bot Investment Program as Traffic and APTM Token Continue Declining

DAO1 has announced that it will terminate both its trading bot investment program and MLM opportunity this month.
According to statements made during a company webinar, DAO1’s referral program ends on June 15th, while sales of new trading bot packages will cease on June 16th.
The announcement comes after months of declining website traffic, falling engagement, and a significant drop in the value of the APTM token.

The End of the Trading Bot Program
During the webinar, DAO1 executive Bruce Hughes confirmed the company would no longer sell SmartBot packages after June 16th.
The referral program, which has been central to DAO1’s growth strategy, is also being discontinued.
This marks a significant shift for a company that spent much of 2025 and 2026 heavily promoting trading bot investments and passive income opportunities.
At the time of the announcement, DAO1 was still marketing returns of up to 350,000 USDT from investments reaching 70,000 USDT.
A Pattern of Rebranding
Many observers have noted similarities between DAO1 and previous ventures tied to Josip Heit and GSB Group.
After the collapse of GSPartners, several components of the business were effectively rebranded:
GSPartners became DAO1
GSB Group evolved into Apertum Foundation
G999 became APTM
While names changed, critics argue the core model remained largely the same.
Now, with DAO1 winding down, signs suggest another transition may already be underway.
Is APTM DAO Next?
Attention has recently shifted toward a new project called APTM DAO.
The platform appears tied to mining-style investment packages connected to the APTM ecosystem.
Although details remain limited, the project is already operating through a newly registered domain.
If launched, APTM DAO would represent yet another shift in branding and business structure.
The Importance of Discernment
As Christians, we are reminded to exercise wisdom when evaluating financial opportunities.

Promises of extraordinary passive returns should always be approached carefully.
History has shown that when investment opportunities rely heavily on recruitment, constant rebranding, or unrealistic income projections, caution is warranted.

DAO1 and Apertum Foundation have received regulatory warnings from multiple jurisdictions including:
Alberta
Germany
Australia
New Zealand
Lithuania
Latvia
At the same time, many former GSPartners investors continue waiting for refunds tied to previous settlement agreements.
That reality raises questions about priorities as new opportunities continue to emerge while unresolved obligations remain outstanding.
Final Thoughts
The termination of DAO1’s trading bot program marks the end of another chapter in the ongoing GSPartners saga.
Whether APTM DAO or another replacement emerges remains to be seen.
But for investors, the lesson remains the same:
Transparency matters.
Accountability matters.
