There has been some buzz about this latest crypto MLM and I decided to take a closer look.
Chances are someone approached you about their passive returns opportunity and their own cryptocurrency called ACAP and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good new is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not.
Just make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end!

What is ALL Capital Review?
ALL Capital has very vague description on what it actually does which is bit of a red flag if you ask me.
This is what they are claiming:
The realization of All Capital’s design requires a well-designed, efficient and flexible underlying software platform that provides the necessary advice and tools for the integration of artificial intelligence agents into the network. Creating a platform that fully embodies the All Capital concept will be a mid-term effort, but since its development in August 2019, significant progress has been made. This section describes in a moderate depth the software framework of the latest platform beta version released in February 2023, and then makes some higher-level observations about the ChatGPT access function and web3.0 improvements to be added after the beta version.
The man behind the company is founder of ALLCapital named Dorfman.
Interesting he doesn’t have a last name to go with it.
Or maybe that is the last name, but he has no first name?
After looking to see what he has done in the past, I couldn’t find any information about him anywhere.
It seems Dorfman doesn’t exist outside of the company which is a huge red flag.
Now they do have two domains “allcapital.io” and “allcapital.world” which both were privately registered on August 25th, 2023.
Well there goes the whole “we been in development since August 2019”.
What Are ALLCapital.World Products & Services?
All Capital doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate program.
Once you do become an affiliate, you can invest into the company and get some kind of daily return.
How To Make Money With AllCapital.io Review?
All Capital has two ways to make money with the company.
First way is to invest into their investment plans and receive some kind of guaranteed return.
Second way to to recruit people into the company and earn a commission.
When it comes to their investment plan, All Capital affiliates have ot invest 100 tether (USDT) or more and you can get up to 2.4% daily return.
When you do withdrawal the funds, you are paid in ACAP Tokens which is their own cryptocurrency.

All Capital compensation plan is split into direct referral commissions and ROI match.
For direct referral commissions, you can earn 30% on the USDT invested by your personally sponsored affiliates.
When it comes to the ROI match, you can earn a commission on the ROI of your downline members across three levels in total.
- Level 1 – 15% (personally sponsored affiliates)
- Level 2 – 7%
- Level 3 – 3%

Final Verdict
Does the All Capital Scam exist?
Let’s just look at the facts…
First the CEO of ALL Capital doesn’t exist outside of the company which is a huge red flag!
Second, we don’t know what the company actually does to product those returns.
Third, they are not registered with any financial regulators to offer securities.
What I do see is new investments paying off existing members which makes AllCapital a ponzi scheme.
Once recruitment slows down this company will exit scam.
I do NOT recommend this company unless you want to get rug pulled on.
