Arbcore & One Trade Hit With Fraud Warnings From Australia
- MLM News
- September 6, 2026
Australia has officially added Arbcore and One Trade to its growing list of questionable investment operations consumers should be extremely cautious about.
On August 19, 2026, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) issued investor warnings concerning both Arbcore and One Trade.
According to ASIC, the companies may have offered or advertised financial services to Australian consumers despite not holding an Australian financial services licence or Australian credit licence.
That is a major problem.
When a company is asking people to put their hard-earned money into an investment opportunity, regulatory compliance isn’t some optional checkbox that can be dealt with later.
It matters.
Let’s look at what happened.
If you’re looking for legitimate ways to build income online, my good friend Dan offers a FREE training showing a crypto cash flow strategy that has helped people achieve approximately 3% to 10% per month while maintaining 100% control of their own funds (as with any investment, results aren’t guaranteed).
You’ll also hear from Paul, who teaches complete beginners how to build an online business using AI and proven systems.
Both have been faithfully helping people for years, and I’ve seen some incredible testimonies.
Most importantly, remember that our greatest hope is never found in money, but in Jesus Christ. These are simply tools that can help us become wise stewards of what God has entrusted to us.
Proof this works:

Now, let’s dig in.
ASIC Warns About Arbcore and One Trade
ASIC’s warnings state that Arbcore and One Trade:
“may be offering or advertising, or may have offered or advertised, financial services to Australian consumers.”
ASIC further states that the entities do not hold the required Australian financial services or credit licences and are not authorized by a licensee.
The regulator identified several domains connected to the operations:
- arbcore.info — now defunct
- arbcore.app
- onetrade.ltd
ASIC specifically flagged One Trade’s domain in connection with alleged impersonation of ARB Associates Pty Ltd.
That adds another serious concern to an already troubled history.
Arbcore Already Collapsed
For anyone who has been following this story, Arbcore’s problems aren’t exactly new.
Arbcore operated as an MLM crypto investment opportunity built around purported cryptocurrency arbitrage and trading.
The operation was fronted by Evgeny Levin, with marketing presentations commonly conducted on Moscow time.

Then came April 2026.
Rather than simply telling investors what had happened, Arbcore blamed problems involving cryptocurrency exchanges, API outages, frozen accounts and allegedly “tainted” cryptocurrency.
Investors were left waiting.
And waiting.
Eventually, Arbcore effectively collapsed.
This is something I’ve warned about repeatedly when reviewing passive crypto investment opportunities.
If somebody claims that sophisticated trading activity generates the returns, ask a simple question:
Can those trading activities and revenues actually be independently verified?
If they cannot, you’re being asked to trust marketing instead of evidence.
That’s dangerous when real money is involved.
Then Came One Trade
After Arbcore collapsed, One Trade appeared.
And guess who was once again involved?
Evgeny Levin.
One Trade was essentially presented as the next opportunity after Arbcore.
But the warning signs didn’t disappear simply because the branding changed.
By July, One Trade itself was struggling.
Levin openly complained during a webinar about declining registrations and reportedly threatened to terminate investment contracts if recruitment didn’t improve.
Think about that for a moment.
If investment returns are genuinely being generated through profitable crypto arbitrage, why should the number of new people joining determine whether existing investment contracts continue?
That question gets directly to the heart of the problem.
A legitimate trading operation should depend primarily on successful trading.
A recruitment-driven investment operation depends on something very different:
new money.
One Trade Collapses and NeoBank Appears
One Trade subsequently collapsed as well.
And now another operation has appeared: NeoBank.
That makes the progression fairly easy to follow:
Arbcore → One Trade → NeoBank
Different names.
Different websites.
New marketing.
But many of the same people and familiar promises remain around the operation.
NeoBank is reportedly operating through NeoBank Ltd., represented as a company in Comoros and registered to Alexandr Asaciov, who previously appeared as Levin’s translator.
NeoBank marketing also references several other entities, including:
- Arb Insurance Fund Ltd.
- Arb Exchange Ltd.
- MLM Matrix Ltd.
- Arbitrage Core Ltd.
The origins and operational roles of those companies remain unclear based on the information presently available.
Why Reboots Should Concern Investors
This is one of the biggest lessons people can take from situations like Arbcore and One Trade.
When an investment platform collapses and another opportunity suddenly appears involving many of the same people, investors should not automatically assume the new platform solves the old one’s problems.
Ask questions.
Where did the previous money go?
Why were withdrawals disabled?
Were investors made whole?
Where are the independently audited trading records?
Who regulates the investment?
Where are customer funds held?
Can the claimed revenue source actually be verified?
And perhaps most importantly:
Why should someone who already lost money send more money into the next opportunity?
A new logo doesn’t erase an old balance sheet.
Australia Adds Another Regulatory Warning
ASIC’s action is important because regulators are now putting Australian consumers on notice.
Arbcore and One Trade were not authorized by ASIC to provide the financial services identified in the regulator’s warnings.
Anyone considering NeoBank because they previously participated in Arbcore or One Trade should therefore be extremely cautious.
Don’t allow previous losses to pressure you into chasing recovery through another investment.
That emotional trap can turn one loss into two, and two into three.
Final Thoughts: Wisdom Before Wealth
The Arbcore and One Trade story is another reminder that chasing fast money can become incredibly expensive.
Arbcore collapsed.
One Trade followed.
Now NeoBank has appeared.
At some point, we have to stop chasing the next shiny opportunity and start asking where the money is actually coming from.
The Bible gives us timeless wisdom about wealth:
“Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.” — Proverbs 13:11
There is nothing wrong with building wealth, starting businesses or investing wisely.
But money should never become our master.
And that brings me to something far more important than Arbcore, One Trade, NeoBank, cryptocurrency or any amount sitting inside a bank account.
You need Jesus Christ.
So do I.
So does every person reading this.
We have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. Money cannot save us. Success cannot save us. A business cannot save us. Cryptocurrency certainly cannot save us.
But God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ.
Jesus lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins and rose again.
Jesus said:
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” — John 14:6
If you don’t know Jesus, seek Him.
Repent and turn to Him. Put your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Your greatest treasure isn’t Bitcoin.
It isn’t a trading account.
It isn’t financial freedom.
Your greatest treasure is knowing Jesus Christ and receiving the eternal life only He can give.
Money comes and goes.
Jesus Christ is eternal.
