Crex Capital Review – Legit CRX Token MLM or Ponzi Scam?

Welcome to my Crex Capital Review!
This is the latest investment opportunity that is promising to pay up to 4% per day for 50 days!
Chances are someone approached you about this and you landed on this blog to make sure this is legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.
Just PAY close attention and read this to the end…
Crex Capital Review (Company)
Crex Capital has no information that can be verified on who is running the company.
They have a management team where apparently Melvin Buck is the founder of the company.
The crazy thing is this website is the EXACT clone of another company called Tridex.
I did my Tridex review on October 11th and is older…
I wonder what prompted them to launch Crex.Capital as the exact clone.
When looking at the domain information on “crex.capital”, it was privately registered on October 14th, 2020.
Their website does have a UK incorporation listed on their website under Crex Capital LTD.
They claim ”
Crex Capital LTD is licensed under the financial policy of the United Kingdom. A transparent and clear operation.”
Alright let’s take a look at the “transparent and clear operation” part shall we?
When you click on “VIEW LICENSE”, it doesn’t go to the certificate but back to the home page…
So I manually checked out more information on Crex Capital LTD and found a certificate.
What through me off was the incorporation date…
So the website didn’t exist until October 2020, but they were incorporated back in 2011?
Something is fishy so I did more digging…
When I clicked on the “People’s” tabs that showed who the directors are in the company, I realized what was going on…
This incorporation certificate does NOT belong to Crex.Capital.
The people are completely different that are running it.
So they Crex Capital didn’t even bother getting a UK incorporation but just used another companies.
Pretty terrible if you as me…
Crex Capital Reviews (Products)
Crex.Capital doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.
Once you do become an affiliate, you can invest into the company for passive returns.
Crex Capital Compensation Plan
Crex.Capital has affiliates invest funds on a promise they will get a return on investment.
- Invest $5 to $100 and receive 2% daily for 100 days
- Invest $100 to $10,000 and receive 3.33% daily for 60 days
- Invest $10,000 to $100,000 and receive 4% daily for 50 days
Each investment pays a set amount of CRX tokens but doesn’t say the amount.
Referral Commission are paid as a percentage of the invested funds down a three level unilevel compensation plan structure.
- Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
- Level 2 – 2%
- Level 3 – 1%
Cost To Join Crex.Capital
Crex Capital affiliate membership is actually free, but if you want to be part of the investment opportunity you must invest $5.
Unlike all the other Crex Capital reviews out there I am going to keep it real…
Final Verdict
So does the Crex Capital scam exist?
Let’s look at the facts…
We don’t know who really runs the company because their management team looks like a bunch of stock photo’s, plus they are EXACTLY the same as TRIDEX.
Not only that they are using a fake UK Incorporation that belongs to a much older company called Crex Capital LTD.
Fake it until you make it?
Or fake it and keep faking it until the company goes under?
Plus their CRX Tokens or Crex Tokens are ERC-20 based and are useless outside of the company.
Once they make it go public, it will initially go up and then crash once people sell off.
Your typical pump and dump…
Just like Tridex…
That will be the Crex Capital exit-scam…
Don’t fall for it plus their daily returns are NOT possible legally…
It’s newly invested funds paying off existing members.
Which makes this company a ponzi scheme.
