There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to take a closer look.
Chances are some one approached you about their passive returns or you saw a review on YouTube but noticed they were an affiliate so you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and their referral program so you can make the right decision to join or not.

What is Exby Review?
Exby claims to be a platform that provides seamless and secure trading experience.
According to their website:
We offer access to all the most popular crypto exchanges and currency pairs, providing our users with the best analytics and conditions for efficient and profitable trading.
Now I wanted to see who was behind the company and this is what they have on their website:
Our team comprises experienced traders and developers who work tirelessly to ensure that our platform is always up-to-date with the latest market trends and technology. We believe in transparency and strive to maintain a high level of customer support, ensuring that our users have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.
In other words, there is no information on their experience traders or team anywhere in the internet.
The domain “exby.io” was privately registered on September 14th, 2022 then updated on October 29th, 2023 which I believe is the date the new owners took control of it.
These owners are yet to be found but they want you to invest into their company.
Not only that, they claim to have company called Exby LLC which in the USA is a Limited Liability Company, but when I looked into it, it was fake!
What Are Exby.io Products?
Exby.io doesn’t provide and retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate program.
Once you do join, you can either invest into their investment plans and/or recruit new people into the company.
Reminds me of Cloud Computing VIP.
How To Make Money With Exby.io Review?
There are two ways you can make money with with Exby.
First way is to invest into their investment plan and receive some kind of return.
Second way is to recruit new people in to the company and receive a commission.
Most people who get started with Exby.io will take the passive income route where you invest in real crypto on a promise of 1.2% to 1.4% daily ROI.
Apparently you can trade on your own as well.
For the affiliate program, you can earn 10% commission on their profits they earn when trading or using the passive income route.

Final Verdict
Does the Exby Scam or Exby.io scam exists?
Let’s just look at the facts.
First we don’t know who runs or owns the company and to make matters worse their LLC is fake.
That is a huge red flag.
Second, I couldn’t find their trading or auto trading happening in real time to fund those returns.
What I do see is new investments paying off existing members which makes this company a ponzi scheme.
Once recruitment slows down, this company will exit scam.
If they had a real LLC, they would still need to register with the SEC in the USA to offer securities which they haven’t done.
But what do you expect from a scam?
