Innova Review: The Be Club Clone Rising from Dubai’s MLM Shadows

Welcome to my Innova Review!
Innova prelaunched on two known website domains: “8innova.com” and “innovabackoffice.com”. If you tried to visit these sites today, you’d find them disabled without any explanation. A quick pivot, and now Innova operates from “innacademy.net”, a domain that was privately registered on September 18th, 2024.

Now here’s where things get murky. On its latest site, Innova conveniently fails to provide any ownership or executive information. Yet, when you dig a little deeper, their official marketing presentation throws out names that should make anyone familiar with the MLM underworld raise an eyebrow:
- Ivan Martinez – Co-founder
- Juan Fernando Franco Elcure – aka Juan Franco, Co-founder
- Juan Carlos Barrios – CVO
- Juan Valderrama – Product Development & Master Trader
- Jenn and Angel Carmona – Vice Presidents for North America
- Asdrubal Sanabria and Carolina Cruz – Vice Presidents for LATAM
- Javier Garcia Herreros & Camila Morena – Master Distributors
Now, let’s break this down.
The Be Club Connection: Same Scammers, Different Stage
Ivan Martinez and Fernando Franco aren’t new to this game. They were front and center promoting Be Club, a pyramid scheme that pivoted into securities fraud in 2023. Together, they operated under the “Sky Team”, aggressively targeting Central and South American markets. They weren’t subtle either:
- In April 2023, Uruguay’s regulatory authorities issued a pyramid fraud warning about Be Club and Sky Team.
- And they weren’t the only ones. Canada, Colombia, and Norway also waved red flags on these operations.
Now, instead of fading into obscurity after the collapse of Be Club, it seems Martinez and Franco just relocated to the MLM safe haven—Dubai. Yes, the same Dubai which, thanks to its hands-off approach to regulation, has become the MLM crime capital of the world.
Innova’s Dubai Ties: A Red Flag of Its Own
Let’s face it: when a company claims to be headquartered in Dubai, and it’s involved in MLM or securities, you’re looking at a 99.9% chance it’s a scam. There’s a reason why BehindMLM’s golden rule on Dubai is simple:
If an MLM company is based in Dubai or has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam. Period.
No Real Products, Just Promises
Innova doesn’t bother with actual products. Instead, affiliates can buy access to a few digital services like Inn-Academy (some vague forex, stocks, and crypto education platform), Inn-TV (real-time learning with so-called experts), and Inn-Trade (trade alerts). But the real hook? Inn-Telligence—where passive returns are promised through automated trading.
The Compensation Plan: Pay to Play Pyramid
Innova’s compensation plan is about as old-school pyramid as it gets. No retail customers. Just recruit, recruit, recruit.
Innova Affiliate Ranks
From Inn 200 to Nova 500K, affiliates climb the ranks by generating Business Volume (BV) from subscription sales:
- Inn 200 – Generate 750 BV
- Nova 5K – Generate 15,000 BV
- Nova Diamond – Generate 75,000 BV
- Nova 500K – Generate 3,500,000 BV
The kicker? These ranks are tied to your binary team, meaning you need to constantly keep recruiting. If you’re not pulling in new people, your rank stalls—and so do your commissions.
Commissions on Recruitment
Every time you recruit an affiliate, you get a cut:
- Inntro Membership – $30 commission
- Innfinity Membership – $220 commission
- Pioneer Membership – $300 commission
The higher the subscription, the bigger your cut.
Residual Commissions
Your rank determines your payout every four weeks:
- Nova 5K – $5000
- Nova 100K – $100,000
- Nova 500K – $500,000
Innova’s Red Flags: Is it a Pyramid Scheme?
The answer? Absolutely.
No retail sales, pay-to-play structure, and reliance on recruitment. This is pyramid scheme 101. Add in the fact that Inn-Telligence is essentially offering securities (since it promises passive returns through trading), and you’ve got a potential securities fraud case on your hands too.
Oh, and that whole trading bot pitch? They claim it’s AI-driven with “proven track records”. Yet, there’s not a single audited financial report in sight. Why? Because it doesn’t exist.
Jenn and Angel Carmona, the North American Vice Presidents, are based in Florida. Neither they nor the company are registered with the SEC, meaning they’re flying under the radar, setting themselves up for an eventual securities lawsuit when this blows up.
Innova Conclusion: Another Day, Another Scam
Innova is just another clone of Be Club, but with a shinier, more polished Dubai-based marketing plan. The company’s leadership has a well-documented history of defrauding consumers. They’re now back, hiding behind Dubai’s lax regulations and pushing the same tired scam.
For the people joining Innova, they’re not just risking money—they’re stepping into a guaranteed pyramid scheme.
Remember: the math behind pyramid schemes is cruel. When recruitment dries up (and it always does), the majority of participants will lose their money.
