There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to take a closer look.
Chances are someone approached you about their passive returns opportunity and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

What Is Intelligence Prime Capital Review?
Intelligence Prime Capital aka IPcapital is a broker that let’s you use their AIA bot system to trade different currencies and cryptocurrencies.
The big thing is Intelligence Prime Capital figured out their AI trading bot system to trade at 97% accuracy.
There isn’t any information on the website who runs or owns it, but on YouTube they have Dr. Val Ng Sh who is the CMO of the company.
Another name that pops up is Mr. Walter Stefan who is the COO of the company.
After doing a background search for both names, they have no digital footprint anywhere.
It seems to me that the leadership behind the company are hired actors which is getting more and more typical in this space.
When you check their regulations, they claim to be “Heavily Licensed and Regulated Investment Firm”.
Below are the claimed regulation registrations:
- European Union – IPC Trade EU LTD
- Polish Branch – IPC Trade EU LTD
- Australia – IPC Capital Markets Australia Pty LTD
- International (B.V.I) – IPC Trade LTD
- Japan – IPC Trade Japan K.K.
- South Africa – IPC Capital Markets Pty LTD
- Middle East – IPC Trade Middle East LTD
- Israel – Atrade LTD
There was no registrations to any of them except for South Africa.
A company called AVA Capital Markets popped up for that one.
Something was definitely fishy here…
I copied and and pasted some text and dropped it into Google and it looks like they mirrored another companies site…

Avatrade.com
The line “We consider ourselves a pioneering broker. We were founded in 2006, which is considered a lifetime in the online trading industry” is word for word.
I looked into Ava trade and their regulation registrations and they are actually legit.
Next thing I did was I looked at the domain registration for both “Avatrade.com” and “iPrimeCapital.com” to get to the bottom of this…
Avatrade.com was privately registered in 2008 where iPrimeCapital.com was privately registration on June 7th, 2021.
Now both companies don’t really hit the 2006, but Intelligence Prime Capital is no where near it…
Plus, AvaTrade does have all those registrations with the financial regulators they listed.
What Are Intelligence Prime Capital Products?
Intelligence Prime Capital claims they trade in the forex and crypto space with their AI bot, but after looking at the company details, it’s most likely a lie.
There are no retail products or services in this company, but you can become an affiliate and promote the Intelligence Prime Capital affiliate membership.
How To Make Money with iPrimeCapital.com Review?
Intelligence Prime Capital has two ways to make money with the company.
First method is to buy their subscription and starting making anywhere between 15% to 45% per month.
The second method is to recruit people into the company and start earning commission in their compensation plan.
AIA Bot Subscriptions
You can purchase there different types of AIA bot subscriptions that can make you a guaranteed return every single month.
- Smart Bot – costs $19.90 one-time and receive up to 15% per month ROI
- Brilliant Bot – costs $39.90 one-time and receive up to 30% per month ROI
- Genius Bot – costs $99.90 one-time and receive up to 45% per month ROI
Payments must be made in bitcoin or tether.
Whatever return you generate, Intelligence Prime Capital has a 20% fee and only allows you to withdrawal on the weekends.
Intelligence Prime Capital Compensation Plan
IPCapital compensation plan rewards affiliates to sponsor new affiliates who by a subscription and also pays you residuals on their returns they produce.
Referral Commissions
Intelligence Prime Capital pays you 10% commissions on your affiliate you sponsored subscriptions.
Recurring Commissions
You can also earn commissions on the returns your downline members get which is paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.
This will depend on which rank you hit first…
- Leader – invest $100 and produce $500 in total volume on personally sponsored affiliates.
- Supervisor – invest $500 and produce $1,000 in your personally sponsored affiliates and $3,000 across your entire downline
- Senior Manager – invest $1,000 and produce $3,000 in your personally sponsored affiliates and $10,000 across your entire downline

As of right now most of the Intelligence Prime Capital reviews are actually unbiased and you will see they are not saying good things about it.
But what do you expect when the leadership doesn’t exist and lie about when they got started which wasn’t 2006.
Not to mention they claim they are registered with the right regulators but they are not.
Final Verdict On IP Capital
Does the Intelligence Prime Capital scam exist?
Let’s just look at the facts…
First, we don’t know who actually runs this company because the leadership doesn’t exist outside of this company.
Second, they are modelling a legit company and are deceiving people about their regulator registrations.
Not only that, they already received warnings in Russia and warnings in Canada.
I couldn’t find any proof of external revenue coming into the company to fund those crazy returns.
What I could verify is new investments paying off existing members which makes this company a huge ponzi scheme.
It’s already gained a lot of popularity and it’s only a matter of time when this one exit scams everyone…
