OxusTech Review – Crypto Gambling Arbitrage or High-Risk MLM Investment Scheme?

OxusTech Review – Crypto Gambling Arbitrage or High-Risk MLM Investment Scheme?

Spread the love

OxusTech is an MLM cryptocurrency investment opportunity promising daily passive returns supposedly generated through cryptocurrency gambling arbitrage.

The company says artificial intelligence and arbitrage technology are behind its returns.

But when an opportunity asks people to deposit cryptocurrency while promising daily passive income, there are several questions that matter far more than impressive words like “AI,” “arbitrage,” or “technology.”

Who actually owns the company?

Where does the money come from?

Is the investment properly registered?

Are there independently audited financial statements?

And can the claimed external revenue actually be verified?

Those questions become particularly important with OxusTech because the supplied research raises significant concerns regarding ownership transparency, its purported executives, its Australian corporate registration, its recruitment-focused compensation structure, and the absence of audited evidence supporting the claimed arbitrage revenue.

Let’s examine OxusTech carefully.

If you’re looking for legitimate ways to build income online, my good friend Dan offers a FREE training showing a crypto cash flow strategy that has helped people achieve approximately 3% to 10% per month while maintaining 100% control of their own funds (as with any investment, results aren’t guaranteed).

You’ll also hear from Paul, who teaches complete beginners how to build an online business using AI and proven systems.

Both have been faithfully helping people for years, and I’ve seen some incredible testimonies.

Most importantly, remember that our greatest hope is never found in money, but in Jesus Christ. These are simply tools that can help us become wise stewards of what God has entrusted to us.

Now, let’s dig in.

Who Owns OxusTech?

OxusTech operates through two known domains:

oxustech.ai — privately registered May 6, 2026

oxustech.io — used primarily for marketing.

According to the supplied research, OxusTech launched around late May 2026 without clearly identifying the people actually controlling the company.

That alone deserves attention.

If a company wants you to trust it with cryptocurrency, knowing who is legally responsible for the operation should not require detective work.

OxusTech’s Executive Team

Beginning around August 19, OxusTech started introducing people in various marketing roles.

One was purported CMO Michael Paulson.

The supplied source questions whether Paulson is genuinely an OxusTech executive and notes that the man appearing under that name speaks with an Eastern European accent.

OxusTech also introduced Roman Evdasev, described in its marketing as a sales and marketing expert.

Evdasev speaks Russian, is reportedly from Ukraine, and appears involved with OxusTech’s Russian-language promotion.

According to the supplied research, Evdasev previously promoted Antares Trade and more recently Polar Tensor.

Additional people subsequently appearing in OxusTech marketing included Fabián Castañeda, apparently targeting Spanish-speaking audiences, and Russian-speaking promoter Aidar Islyamov.

Then on September 11, 2026, OxusTech publicly presented Konstantinos Kalaitzidis as its CEO and co-founder.

The important due-diligence issue isn’t someone’s nationality, accent, or language.

It’s whether OxusTech can provide independently verifiable evidence showing who actually owns, operates and controls the company.

What About OxusTech’s Australian Company?

OxusTech points to OxusTech Pty Ltd, an Australian company, as part of its corporate presentation.

The supplied research states that the company is registered through Australia’s corporate system and associates its registration with the name “Justin Hall.”

But corporate incorporation should not be confused with regulatory approval of an investment product.

Registering a corporation does not automatically establish that its passive-return investment program has been reviewed or authorized by securities regulators.

For investors, the more important questions are whether the investment itself is properly registered and whether audited financial statements demonstrate the claimed revenue source.

OxusTech Products

OxusTech has no traditional retail products or services identified in the supplied compensation information.

Promoters primarily market participation in the OxusTech income opportunity.

That distinction matters in MLM.

If the economic activity revolves primarily around participants depositing money and recruiting additional participants who also deposit money, investors should closely examine where commission and ROI money originates.

OxusTech Compensation Plan

OxusTech promoters invest a minimum of 50 USDT.

The company advertises daily passive returns based on investment size:

  • 50 to 2,499 USDT: 0.45% daily
  • 2,500 to 9,999 USDT: 0.55% daily
  • 10,000 to 24,999 USDT: 0.65% daily
  • 25,000 USDT or more: 0.75% daily

OxusTech also reportedly deducts a 20% fee from returns.

Those daily percentages might look relatively modest beside some crypto opportunities promising several percent per day, but they still represent substantial annualized returns if sustained.

Any company claiming consistent passive returns deserves rigorous independent verification.

Early Withdrawal Fees

OxusTech also imposes substantial fees when participants withdraw their original investments during the first six months.

The supplied compensation information gives the following starting withdrawal fees:

  • 50–2,499 USDT: up to 30%
  • 2,500–9,999 USDT: up to 35%
  • 10,000–24,999 USDT: up to 40%
  • 25,000+ USDT: up to 45%

Those fees gradually decline over six months.

After six months, the investment can reportedly be withdrawn without this additional withdrawal fee, although the ROI fee remains.

This structure gives participants a strong financial incentive to leave their cryptocurrency inside the platform.

Monthly ROI Bonuses

OxusTech also advertises monthly bonuses on ROI payments for up to twelve months.

The pattern repeats:

Month 1: 5%
Month 2: 3%
Month 3: 2%

Then 5%, 3%, and 2% repeat every three months through month twelve.

This sits on top of the advertised daily passive-return structure.

OxusTech’s 17-Rank Structure

OxusTech’s compensation materials describe seventeen promoter ranks, although the supplied qualification table provides detailed requirements through R16.

Rank advancement combines personal investment with increasingly large amounts of downline investment.

The progression begins approximately as follows:

R1: invest at least 100 USDT and generate 1,000 USDT in downline investment.

R5: invest at least 1,000 USDT and generate 25,000 USDT.

R8: invest at least 5,000 USDT and generate 250,000 USDT.

R9: invest at least 10,000 USDT and generate 1 million USDT.

R12: invest at least 50,000 USDT and generate 7.5 million USDT.

R16: invest at least 250,000 USDT and generate 250 million USDT in downline investment.

No more than 40% of the required volume can reportedly come from a single recruitment leg.

The sheer scale of these requirements shows how important continued downline investment is to the compensation structure.

Referral Commissions

OxusTech pays direct referral commissions based on how much the recruiting promoter personally invests.

Invest 50–499 USDT and the referral rate is 10%.

Invest 500–999 USDT and it becomes 11%.

Invest 1,000–2,499 USDT and it becomes 12%.

Invest 2,500–4,999 USDT and it becomes 13%.

Invest at least 5,000 USDT and the referral rate reaches 15%.

This creates a straightforward incentive:

The more you personally invest, the greater your commission percentage when other people you recruit invest.

Recruitment Can Also Increase Your ROI

There’s another interesting feature.

Recruiting promoter-investors can increase a participant’s advertised daily ROI:

  • Recruit 1: +0.1% daily
  • Recruit 5: +0.2% daily
  • Recruit 10: +0.3% daily
  • Recruit 20 or more: +0.4% daily

OxusTech reportedly defines a qualifying promoter-investor as someone investing at least 500 USDT.

This creates an unusually direct connection between recruitment and passive investment returns.

Residual Commissions

OxusTech also pays residual commissions through a unilevel structure.

Personally recruited participants occupy level one.

Their recruits form level two.

That structure theoretically continues downward.

Residual commissions are calculated as a percentage match of daily returns and depend on personal recruitment:

  • Recruit 1 qualifying investor: up to 0.01%
  • Recruit 5: up to 0.02%
  • Recruit 10: up to 0.03%
  • Recruit 20 or more: up to 0.04%

The supplied research notes that OxusTech does not clearly explain what “up to” means.

Residual earnings are reportedly capped globally at 3,000 USDT per day, with no more than half of matched daily ROI volume coming from one leg.

Eight Bonus Pools

OxusTech reportedly allocates “up to 7.5%” of company-wide investment into eight bonus pools.

Qualification starts with:

Pool 1: personally invest 1,000 USDT and generate 5,000 USDT downline.

It eventually reaches:

Pool 8: personally invest 100,000 USDT and generate 5 million USDT in downline investment.

Again, downline investment is a major component.

Global Leader Pool

Another 0.01% of company-wide investment is reportedly allocated to a Global Leader Pool.

Promoters qualify after reaching $3,000 per day in residual commissions.

Rank Achievement Bonuses

OxusTech also advertises substantial one-time rank bonuses.

They start at:

R1: 50 USDT

and progressively increase.

Examples include:

R8: 5,000 USDT
R10: 15,000 USDT
R12: 50,000 USDT
R13: 100,000 USDT
R16: 500,000 USDT

The compensation material even lists an R17 bonus of 1 million USDT.

These numbers may look exciting on a presentation.

But remember: a compensation plan describes what a company promises to pay.

It does not establish where that money actually comes from.

How Much Does OxusTech Cost?

OxusTech promoter membership itself is reportedly free.

However, full participation requires at least:

50 USDT

to enter the investment opportunity.

Larger personal investments can increase passive-return rates and referral commission percentages.

OxusTech Says It Makes Money Through Polymarket Arbitrage

Now we reach the most important part of this OxusTech review.

OxusTech claims external revenue is generated through arbitrage involving the crypto prediction/gambling platform Polymarket.

The idea is essentially that OxusTech’s technology identifies pricing discrepancies and exploits them for profit.

AI.

Algorithms.

Arbitrage.

Automation.

All of those words sound impressive.

But none proves profitability.

The relevant question is incredibly simple:

Where are the independently audited financial statements?

If OxusTech genuinely operates profitable arbitrage systems capable of supporting daily passive returns, those trading results should be independently verifiable.

According to the supplied research, no audited financial reports demonstrating that revenue source have been provided.

The OxusTech Logic Problem

There’s also a basic economic question.

If OxusTech possesses technology capable of reliably generating significant passive returns through Polymarket arbitrage, why does it need outside participants depositing USDT?

A truly profitable automated trading strategy becomes enormously valuable when compounded.

The owners could theoretically deploy their own capital, compound the profits, and retain the entire return.

Instead, OxusTech offers passive returns while simultaneously creating substantial financial incentives for participants to recruit additional investors.

That doesn’t prove where the ROI money originates.

But it makes independently verifying the source of revenue essential.

Regulatory Questions

Passive investment arrangements can trigger securities laws depending on jurisdiction and structure.

OxusTech’s Australian company registration should therefore not be mistaken for proof that its investment offering is authorized everywhere it is promoted.

According to the supplied source material, OxusTech has not provided audited financial reports demonstrating its claimed external revenue.

Potential investors should independently check the appropriate financial regulator in their own country before sending cryptocurrency.

Is OxusTech a Ponzi Scheme?

Based solely on the information supplied for this review, the central unresolved question is the source of the money used to pay passive returns.

OxusTech claims it comes from Polymarket arbitrage.

The supplied research says independently audited evidence substantiating those profits has not been provided.

Meanwhile, what can clearly be seen in the compensation structure is money entering through participant investment alongside substantial incentives tied to recruitment and downline investment.

If returns are being funded substantially with money from newer investors rather than genuine external profits, that would exhibit the defining economics of a Ponzi arrangement.

That’s why verification matters.

OxusTech Review – Conclusion

There are several serious issues prospective participants should investigate before considering OxusTech:

  • unclear underlying ownership
  • questions surrounding the executives presented in marketing
  • reliance on an Australian corporate registration
  • no traditional retail products
  • passive daily ROI promises
  • significant early withdrawal fees
  • referral commissions tied to personal investment
  • higher ROI tied directly to recruitment
  • enormous downline-volume requirements
  • bonus pools funded from company-wide investment
  • and no independently audited financial evidence supplied here proving that Polymarket arbitrage generates the advertised returns

I would personally stay away unless and until transparent ownership, appropriate regulatory authorization and independently audited financial evidence can establish where the advertised returns actually come from.

And if you’re already involved, don’t allow sunk-cost thinking to dictate your next decision.

Do your due diligence independently.

A Christian Perspective

I also want to make something clear.

The purpose of this review isn’t to insult Michael Paulson, Roman Evdasev, Aidar Islyamov, Konstantinos Kalaitzidis, or anyone else connected with OxusTech.

I don’t know their hearts.

God does.

Where there is wrongdoing, my prayer is not for someone’s destruction.

I pray for repentance.

I pray for truth to come to light.

I pray that anyone knowingly misleading others would turn away from it, make things right wherever possible, and ultimately come to know Jesus Christ.

And for ordinary participants simply trying to improve their financial circumstances, I pray God gives them wisdom and protects their families.

Money comes and goes.

Our souls matter infinitely more.

Before You Leave: If You Don’t Know Jesus Christ, Please Read This

You may have arrived here searching for an OxusTech review.

But before you leave, I want to tell you about something worth infinitely more than any investment.

Jesus Christ.

I’m not talking about getting rich.

I’m not promising that becoming a Christian makes financial problems disappear.

I’m talking about being reconciled to the God who created you.

Jesus asked:

“What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?” — Mark 8:36

That question puts every investment opportunity into perspective.

You could find the greatest investment in history.

You could become incredibly wealthy.

You could own everything you’ve ever wanted.

And one day you would still leave all of it behind.

But Jesus Christ offers eternal life.

The Bible teaches that we have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory.

I have too.

We cannot purchase our way back to God or earn salvation by being “good enough.”

God loved us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ.

Jesus lived without sin.

He willingly died on the cross for our sins.

And on the third day, He rose again.

Jesus is alive.

And He calls us to repent and believe in Him.

If you don’t know Jesus, don’t simply take my word for it.

Seek Him.

Open the Bible and start with the Gospel of John.

Ask God sincerely:

“God, if You are there, show me the truth about Jesus.”

Read His words.

Learn who He claimed to be.

Look at the cross.

Look at the resurrection.

And ask yourself the most important question you will ever answer:

Who is Jesus Christ?

Your answer matters far more than whether OxusTech, Bitcoin, USDT, Polymarket, or any other investment makes you money.

Jesus said:

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” — John 14:6

My prayer for every person reading this—including everyone connected with the companies I review—is that you come to know Him.

Not merely know about Him.

Know Him.

Turn from sin.

Put your faith in Jesus Christ.

Receive His forgiveness.

Follow Him.

Because eventually every investment ends.

Every business ends.

Every earthly possession gets left behind.

Jesus Christ is eternal.

And that is worth more than everything this world could ever offer.
