Traders Domain Receiver Sues 122 Alleged Net-Winners in Florida

Spread the love

The fallout from The Traders Domain continues, and this time the focus has shifted toward people and companies that allegedly received more money from the scheme than they put into it.

The court-appointed Receiver for The Traders Domain has filed a major clawback lawsuit in the Southern District of Florida naming 122 defendants.

According to the Receiver’s June 19, 2026 complaint, the defendants allegedly received funds connected to The Traders Domain that the Receiver is now seeking to recover for the benefit of victims.

And some of the amounts involved are substantial.

Before we get into the details, an important distinction needs to be made.

Being named as a defendant in a clawback lawsuit does not automatically mean someone knowingly participated in fraud. The amounts discussed below are allegations made by the Receiver and will ultimately have to be resolved through litigation, settlement, dismissal, or other court proceedings.

With that said, let’s take a closer look.

WATCH THAT RIGHT HERE AND START WINNING

You never have to worry about being exit scammed on ever again!

Let’s dig in.

What Was The Traders Domain?

The Traders Domain was an alleged $283 million-plus Ponzi scheme operated by Ted Safranko.

Safranko has reportedly remained in hiding since The Traders Domain collapsed in late 2022.

The collapse also became significant to the MLM industry because of its connection to OmegaPro, an MLM crypto investment scheme believed to have funneled investor money into The Traders Domain.

The CFTC initiated proceedings against Safranko and other alleged insiders in late 2024.

As part of those proceedings, a court-appointed Receivership was established.

One of the Receiver’s responsibilities is attempting to recover assets for victims, including pursuing alleged net-winners.

In simple terms, a net-winner is someone who received more money from an alleged fraudulent scheme than they contributed.

That brings us to the latest lawsuit.

Receiver Targets 122 Defendants

The June 19 complaint names 122 parties the Receiver alleges received funds they were not entitled to retain.

At the top of the list are entities allegedly connected to CoinFlip.

The Receiver alleges approximately $10.14 million was transferred through CF Preferred LLC.

Another entity, GDP OTC LLC, is alleged to have received approximately $2.5 million.

Then we have the Hernandez parties.

Florida resident Juan A. Hernandez is connected in the complaint to Lizette Hernandez, Vosh & Associates Inc. and Little Black Book Enterprises LLC.

The Receiver alleges approximately $7.66 million was transferred to the Hernandez parties.

Those numbers alone demonstrate why this receivership could remain active for quite some time.

Stormy Wellington, Marcus Barney and Other Familiar Names

Several recognizable names and businesses appear among the defendants.

Florida resident Stormy Wellington is connected to Wealth Connection Global LLC. The Receiver alleges approximately $2.51 million was transferred through the company.

Him 500 LLC, owned by Marcus Barney, is alleged to have received approximately $1.95 million.

D&K Investment Holdings LLC is alleged to have received approximately $1.88 million.

The Guerra parties, including Fabian Guerra, Gabriela Corin Giralt and Investment Partners LLC, are alleged to have received approximately $1.47 million.

Kenneth Blount is alleged to have received approximately $1.17 million.

Schneider Enterprise Resources LLC is alleged to have received approximately $1.07 million.

Waterfall Holding Inc., doing business as Vape Wholesale USA, is alleged to have received approximately $1 million.

Again, these are allegations contained in the Receiver’s complaint, not findings of liability.

Anuel AA, Antonio Gates and Other Notable Defendants

The lawsuit gets particularly interesting because several defendants have recognizable names outside the traditional MLM world.

Real Hasta La Muerte LLC, the record label associated with Puerto Rican artist Anuel AA, is alleged to have received $961,780.

Antonio Gates LLC, associated with former NFL star Antonio Gates, is alleged to have received $339,716.

Stuntgang LLC, associated with Safaree Samuels, is alleged to have received $253,977.

Mena Millions Inc., owned by Erica Mena, is alleged to have received $250,000.

Blacksite Ranch LLC, associated with Bedros Keuilian and Dan Fleyshman, is alleged to have received $250,000.

David Shands LLC is alleged to have received $400,000.

Daniel Stammen, identified in the source as a co-founder of the collapsed WorldVentures business, is alleged to have received $165,000.

The presence of recognizable names will undoubtedly attract attention, but the legal question remains the same for every defendant: whether the Receiver is entitled to recover the transfers.

Dozens More Defendants Named

The complaint reaches far beyond the largest recipients.

Other parties named include Peter B. Gross, NDE Holdings LLC, Amaury Lendeborg, Doris M. Liriano, DTM Group LLC, Rozell Sims, Robert Rodriguez, RR Elite LLC, John Hopkins, TDH Properties Limited Partner, Olalla Ranch LLC, Jace Investment Group Inc., Said Daibes Figueroa, Sharon B. Lagrand Jr., TMD Shops LLC, Angela Ramson, Davis Bowe Enterprises LLC, Sinetix LLC, Darnell Self, Self Defined Inc., Heather H. Canto, Strong Holdings Group LLC, James Keith, Keith and James LLC, Tammie Mattish, Ashley Hughes, Tep Ly Cheam and Ynot Capital Inc.

The complaint further names Jason Yarn Beck, Tavere Johnson, Justin C. Griffin, Willy G Contractors LLC, Haoran Shi Trade Inc., JDC Marketing Solutions LLC, Patrick Cornelius McHugh, Bartercorp International Inc., Rodney F. Credit, 241 Exotics LLC, Elizabeth Rodriguez, JJR Wireless Corp, Richard Chesler, Erik Johnson and entities associated with him, Global JTM Holdings LLC, Lymari Rosa Lopez, Tracy F. Glasper, Edra Lillian Bonsall, Signature Financial Solutions, Giuseppe Montopoli, the Morocho parties, Monroe Family Enterprises Ltd., Millar Express LLC, Ann Marie Burton, Robert Garcon, PTG 365 LLC, PTG Enterprises Inc., New Horizon Trust, Rajkumarie Shivmangal, Iwynn Productions LLC, FQP Supplies LLC, Business Makeover LLC, Ninjago Inc., 319 Investment Holdings LLC, Brandon L. Thornhill, Christopher Niemczyk, Cohen and Carter LLC, Conwell Capital Holdings Trust, Ching Hung Sun, Gabriel and Jessica Lopez, Ecology Home BH LLC and The Advanced Procurement Team Inc.

That is a substantial clawback operation.

One Defendant Has Already Been Dismissed

There has already been movement in the case.

After the Receiver filed the complaint on June 19, Alejandro Canto was voluntarily dismissed as a defendant on June 23.

As of July 16, the Receivership was working to serve the remaining defendants.

The court has administratively closed the case while service is completed.

That doesn’t mean the underlying dispute is necessarily over. It means this is still a developing proceeding, and the status of individual defendants can change.

Why Clawbacks Matter

One of the most painful aspects of a Ponzi collapse is that the money doesn’t simply vanish into thin air.

Some goes to operators.

Some may fund lavish spending.

And some is redistributed to earlier participants as supposed “profits.”

Those payments can create the illusion that an investment opportunity is legitimate.

Someone invests $20,000.

Their dashboard grows.

Withdrawals arrive.

They tell friends the opportunity is working.

Those friends invest.

Eventually new money dries up, withdrawals stop, and everyone discovers the supposed profits depended on money continuing to enter the system.

That’s why receivers pursue net-winners.

Recovering money from parties who allegedly received excess distributions can potentially return funds to victims who suffered net losses.

Final Thoughts: Discernment Matters

The Traders Domain story is another reminder that large numbers on a dashboard do not necessarily represent real wealth.

A platform can show enormous profits.

Promoters can show withdrawals.

Social media can make an opportunity look unstoppable.

But none of those things answer the most important question:

Where is the money actually coming from?

Proverbs 14:15 says:

“The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going.”

As Christians, we should practice discernment in every area of life, including our finances.

Ask questions.

Verify claims.

Understand how revenue is generated.

And never allow greed or fear of missing out to replace wisdom.

But there is an even greater lesson here.

Millions of dollars can change hands, businesses can rise and collapse, and fortunes can disappear almost overnight.

Jesus asked:

“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” — Mark 8:36

Money matters, but your soul matters infinitely more.

The greatest treasure you will ever find isn’t hidden inside a trading platform, crypto wallet, compensation plan or investment account.

It is Jesus Christ.

We have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross for our sins and rose again. Through repentance and faith in Him, we can receive forgiveness, reconciliation with God and eternal life.

If you don’t know Jesus, don’t wait until everything in life falls apart before searching for Him.

Turn to Christ today.

Markets collapse. Companies disappear. Wealth comes and goes.

Jesus Christ remains.

Put your faith in the One treasure no court, market crash, bankruptcy or financial collapse can ever take away.
