Why King Finance Trade Will Exit Scam In The Near Future

Why King Finance Trade Will Exit Scam In The Near Future

When it comes to network marketing companies in the crypto world, it’s been pretty much a scam fest.

In the past 100 reviews I did that involved MLM’s that offered some kind of crypto service have most exit scammed their investors.

The ones that are still standing will follow suit in the near future.

King Finance Trade launched right after WaterMine io and copied the site word for word.

If Watermine really did want to help their investors, why would they exit scam them and then launch another website?

The answer is simple.

They want to scam every single dollar out of people possible.

Sites like King Finance Trade generally will pay out in the beginning of their life cycle to build buzz around the company.

You will often see reviews on Trust Pilot or on social media in the beginning saying how awesome the company is or it’s paying out on time.

That’s how they grab peoples attention and get more investors to part from their funds.

What these crypto MLM companies don’t tell you is that the way they are funding investors returns.

For example on King Finance Trade, they talk about how they do forex trading, crypto trading and mining to fund the returns that are promised daily.

This is just a front…

In order for ANY company to legally offer a guaranteed return, they must register to the proper financial regulators in the country they operate in and in the countries they offer their service.

The truth is that their recruiting new members in through their affiliate program is how they fund their returns.

In order for MLM companies like King Finance Trade to give out returns, they most recruit more people that pay than they are paying.

In other words, new investments pay off existing members.

This is why these companies have life cycles of 3, 6 or 12 months.

It all depends on their popularity…

Once recruitment slows down, this is the beginning of the end of the ponzi scheme.

The first thing they do is suspend payments and come up with some kind of excuse.

I have seen excuses like, the financial regulator shut us down, we got hacked, an employee screwed our company up etc.

After that, their website goes offline and they are off to the next ponzi scheme website.

I have been warning people about Watermine and have covered their entire exit-scam process…

I believed this really helped people because when I did my King Finance review, I got it out there saying it’s a clone and the Trust Pilot reviews reflect that.

Looks like more people are awake on this ponzi scheme.

Which is always a good thing.

My goal has always been about calling out scams and educating my audience on how to detect them.

There are tons of legit opportunities out there, but there are more scams…

I know this is a different kind of post, but I rather put this out there before King Finance Trade actually exit scams.
