Is Justice Finally Being Served for GSPartners Victims?
After years of allegations, complaints, and financial losses, GSB GSPartners victims finally have a glimmer of hope. As of February 21, 2025, the GSB settlement claims portal is officially live.
This new development means victims from 34 U.S. states and 6 Canadian provinces can now file a claim for a full refund of any funds invested in GSB’s various schemes, dating all the way back to 2020.
But how does the claims process work? And can victims really expect to recover their money?
Let’s break down everything you need to know.
Who Is Behind GSB GSPartners?
GSB (Global Success Builders) and its owner, Josip Heit, have faced numerous legal challenges since launching in 2020. Their schemes have ranged from the infamous G999 coin to the controversial Metaportfolio certificates and other investment platforms under the GSPartners umbrella.
Here’s a quick breakdown of their operations over the years:
📌 Launched G999 Coin as a decentralized crypto investment platform.
📌 Rolled out various high-yield investment programs promising unrealistic returns.
📌 Targeted investors primarily in North America, Europe, and Asia.
📌 Faced allegations of operating unregistered securities offerings in multiple jurisdictions.
Now, after years of investigations, the settlement aims to bring closure to those who lost money in these ventures.

If you’re based in any of these jurisdictions, you can submit a claim until May 22, 2025.
How Does the Claims Process Work?
The claims process is designed to be as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to do:
1️⃣ Gather Relevant Documentation
You’ll need transaction details such as:
✔ Investment amounts
✔ Dates of transactions
✔ Proof of payments (receipts, bank transfers)
✔ Any official communication from GSB
2️⃣ Submit Your Claim via the GSB Settlement Website
Go to the GSB Settlement Portal and follow the instructions. The portal allows you to upload supporting documents and submit your claim digitally.
3️⃣ Wait for Processing
The claims are being processed by AlixPartners, the appointed claims administrator. They’ll verify your documents using GSB’s internal records.
4️⃣ Receive an Offer
Once verification is complete, AlixPartners will issue an offer based on your documentation. If you have multiple accounts, you’ll need to submit a separate claim for each one.
5️⃣ Refund Issued
If everything checks out, GSB will issue a full refund for all valid claims.
Do You Need a Lawyer?
One of the common questions victims have is whether they need legal representation. According to the GSB Settlement portal:
✔ No attorney required: You can file the claim on your own.
✔ Optional legal representation: You can hire a lawyer, but GSB and AlixPartners will only communicate directly with you on technical questions.
✔ One offer per account: If you have multiple accounts, file claims separately for each one.
What Happens After the Claims Period Ends?
After the May 22, 2025 deadline:
📌 AlixPartners will process and verify all claims.
📌 GSB will refund all victims with valid claims.
📌 Once refunds are complete, GSB and Josip Heit will be subject to a legal enforcement order acknowledging that they illegally sold unregistered securities.
At this time, there’s no specific timeline for when refunds will be distributed or when enforcement actions will be finalized.
Potential Challenges in the Claims Process
While the process seems straightforward, there are potential challenges:
❌ Victims outside of eligible jurisdictions might face difficulties filing claims.
❌ Lack of complete documentation could result in denied claims.
❌ Refund timelines are still unclear, meaning you could wait months for compensation.
If you’re outside of North America, filing a claim might require additional legal action. For those eligible under the settlement, gathering as much evidence as possible will increase your chances of a successful claim.
Is GSB GSPartners Really Paying Victims?
The biggest question on everyone’s mind: Is GSB actually going to pay?
Here’s what we know:
✔ GSB and Josip Heit have agreed to refund valid claims in full.
✔ The settlement legally binds GSB to comply with the claims process.
✔ Failure to comply could lead to further legal action and sanctions.
While there’s reason for cautious optimism, given GSB’s history of shady dealings, victims should be prepared for delays and potential complications.
