Here’s the short answer: nobody knows.

HW Mall provides no ownership or executive information on any of its websites. And it doesn’t stop at one domain. These guys are greedy. They’re running four domains at once:

HW Mall throws in a “bonus” system to keep recruiters hooked. Over a rolling 24 hours, you get extra payouts if your downline dumps enough money in:

• 3,000 USDT = 30 USDT bonus

• 8,000 USDT = 100 USDT bonus

• 30,000 USDT = 800 USDT bonus

• 50,000 USDT = 1,500 USDT bonus

• 200,000 USDT = 30,000 USDT bonus

It’s just another way to encourage people to shovel in more cash before the inevitable collapse.

HW Mall isn’t a standalone scam. It’s part of a massive wave of “click a button” Ponzis being churned out of scam factories run by Chinese organized crime.

Since 2021, hundreds of these apps have launched and collapsed—BNP Paribas USDT, RadPowerBikes VIP, ABB AI, the list goes on.

Where do they come from?

• Scam factories in Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and the Philippines.

• These aren’t startups—they’re prison-like compounds guarded by armed men.

• Victims are trafficked into forced labor, spending their days scamming people online.

Authorities across Asia have been cracking down:

• In February 2025, Thai and Chinese forces freed 10,000 hostages in Myanmar.

• In March 2025, reports suggested 100,000 people were still trapped in scam compounds.

• By July 2025, Cambodia arrested over 1,000 cybercrime suspects—many tied to Chinese gangs.

Yet despite arrests and raids, the scams keep popping up. Why? Because the profits are massive. And desperate investors keep falling for “click a button” fantasies.
