Forsage TRON Review – (2020) Legit TRX MLM or Huge Gifting Scam?

Welcome to my Forsage Tron Review!
Looks like Forsage launched a TRON version of their original company and I decided to investigate what this was all about.
Chances are someone approached you about their investment opportunity and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.
Forsage Tron Review (Company)
When I originally did my Forsage review the ownership with anonymous so I didn’t know who ran it.
However, after the Philippines issued a SEC fraud warning it showed Lado Okhotnikov the man behind the company.
Remember, Forsage was claiming there is no owner but a peer to peer payment smart contract.
When looking at ALEXA, it looks like Forsage.io is still getting a ton of traffic.
So I guess they decided to launch Forsage Tron to get on the TRX bandwagon.
What is Forsage Tron?
According to the company:
Revolutionary Smart Contract* technology provides decentralized market participants with the ability to directly engage in personal and business transactions.
The ForsageTron Decentralized Matrix Project’s Smart Contract is publicly and perpetualy available to view on the TRON Blockchain.
Lately all the cryptocurrency MLM companies I have been reviewing is taking the TRON route and it’s gaining huge popularity.
I decided to take a look at the Forsage Tron domain “forsagetron.io” and found out it was privately registered on July 2nd, 2020.
It really doesn’t matter if it’s private because I can safely assume it’s still Lado Okhotnikov…
Forsage Tron Products
Forsage Tron has no retail products or services all you can do is become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.
Nothing has changed here compared to the ethereum based Forsage.
Forsage Tron Compensation Plan
Forsage Tron affiliate buy 350 TRX matrix cycler positions.
Matrix sizes used in Forsage cycler are 3×1 and 2×2.
A 3×1 Matrix has three positions under your main position.
2×2 matrix starts with two positions on the level 1 and expands to four positions on level 2.
These positions can be filled directly or indirectly by downline members.
Cycle commissions across Forsage’s two cycler tiers are done in the following way:
- 3×1 matrix (entry is 350 TRX of the initial 700 TRX buy in) – generates 700 TRX in gifting payments and entry into a new 3×1 matrix
- 2×2 matrix (entry is 350 TRX of the initial 700 TRX buy in) – generates 1050 TRX in gifting payments and entry into a new 2×2 matrix
There has been no change to the actual structure of the compensation plan compared to the original Forsage other than the fact you have to invest in TRON (TRX) instead of Ethereum (ETH).
Cost To Join ForsageTron Smart Contract
Forsage Tron affiliate membership is tied to a payment of 700 TRX.
In a nut shell all you are doing is buying matrix positions so you can recruit others to do the same and earn commissions.
All commissions are paid in TRON.
Unlike all the other Forsage Tron reviews out there I am going to keep it real with you…
Final Verdict
So does the Forsage Tron scam exist?
Well let’s look at the facts…
Even though I know who runs the company because of the Philippines SEC giving out a fraud warning, it’s still not on their website.
Normally companies like these launch once the original one is falling off and losing momentum.
The original company seems to be doing well still, but I guess they wanted to double dip by entering the TRX market.
End of the day nothing has changed in this company other than the cryptocurrency.
The whole thing about this company is just recruit people who buy in the matrix compensation plan so they can recruit and earn as well.
In other words, it’s nothing more than a gifting scheme.
If you didn’t know this, but they are illegal all over the world.
SEC in the Philippines did they they are offering securities.
FORSAGE is NOT REGISTERED with the Commission and OPERATES WITHOUT THE NECESSARY LICENSE AND/OR AUTHORITY to solicit, accept or take investments/placements from the public nor to issue investment contracts and other forms of securities defined under Section 3 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).
The said scheme employed by FORSAGE clearly shows indication of a possible Ponzi Scheme where monies from new investors are used in paying “fake profits” to prior investors and is designed mainly to favor its top recruiters and prior risk takers and is detrimental to subsequent members in case of scarcity of new investors.
Hence, the public is advised NOT TO INVEST or STOP INVESTING in any scheme offered by FORSAGE or such other entities engaged in smart contracts, cryptocurrencies and digital asset trading that are not registered with the Commission and the BSP.
So they are committing securities fraud…
I personally can’t recommend a company that is not transparent about themselves and are operating illegally.
Just remember if the USA gets a hold of this, it’s game over…
They take action on every company where other countries might give out fraud warnings.
