iBG Finance was co-founded by Dr. Vin Menon who has connections to other companies like CGCX.io (exchange), BCMGuru (marketing), and Bamboo (blockchain).

Interesting enough there is no information on the other co-founders, but they do have a list of their team members which all appear to be real.

Listed as their core team members are:

James Paul, Head of Operations
Dr Shailesh D., Head of AI and Analytics

On another site I found that AI Diceman is seems to be the master distributor here.

I couldn’t find any information on this individual anywhere, if someone knows more information please comment in the comment section.

The iGB Finance Products

iBG Finance offers a wallet where you can buy and store IBG Tokens.

From there you can convert iBG Token into stable coins which is invested in different DeFi protocols based on the AI model.

I am going to assume you can buy other ERC 20 coins that are a bit more popular.

Cost To Join IBG Finance

There are six different token package you can invest in:

iBG Finance Compensation Plan

iBG Finance have affiliate invest anywhere between $100 to $100,000 on a promise they can earn anywhere between 5% to 7% monthly through staking.

iBG Token Staking

If you stake your iGB Token’s with iBG Finance, you can earn 5% to 7%.

The longer you stake, the more you can earn.

30 days – 5% monthly
60 days – 6% monthly
90 days – 7% monthly

You can invest with BTC, ETH and USDT and right now 1 iBG TOken is worth $1.

Looks like they set their prices with their internal exchange.

Right now it’s not public.

Referral Program

If you sponsor affiliates in the company, you can have the potenial to earn iBG tokens faster.

You can earn by both direct referrals and a monthly matching bonus.

Direct Referrals

Take note that 20% of the invested funds is used to pay commissions through a three level deep unilevel compensation plan.

Level 1 – 40%
Level 2 – 30%
Level 3 – 20%

In other to receive commissions, you must have the same package as your referral.

Let’s say you invested $10,000 and your downline member buys in at $50,000, it gets passed up to the next qualified upline member.

In this example, Connie and Reeve invested in the $10,000 package. Sofie decided to go with the $50,000 package and it gets passed up behind Connie and Reeve and goes to Jeff.

Now Steve’s $100,000 package passed Sofie, Reeve, Connie and Jeff and goes to the person with the $100,000.

In this case “You”.

Matching Bonus

10% of the monthly returns of the total invested funds are reserved for the Matching Bonus.

This pays across 5 tiers in a unlevel compensation plan.

Level 1 – 30%
Level 2 – 20%
Level 3 – 10%
Level 4 – 10%

iBG Finance Scam or Legit?

So does the iBG Finance scam exist?

Well let’s just look at the facts…

The ownership is somewhat transparent because they list their most of their team members on the website.

What they don’t list is the other co-founders which is kind of shady to be honest.

iBG Tokens as of right now are not on any public exchange so they are useless outside of the company.

They decide the pricing on their internet exchange which to be honest has no credibility right now.

Their compensation plan is “PAY TO PLAY” meaning you only get paid on the packages you invested in.

According to the FTC, that’s a big no no…

Only shady network marketing companies use that tactic.

When it comes to the monthly returns, it’s not really that aggressive. 7% per month is double in the crypto world as long as you know what you are doing.

Because their iBG Tokens are not public, we have no idea what they are doing to produce those returns.

The compensation plan here is the biggest red flag because what I could see happening is new investments are paying off existing members which in could be producing those monthly returns.

If that’s the case, this company is nothing more than a ponzi scheme…

Any token that isn’t on any public exchanges I would stay away from…

When they do decide to go public, they will pump then dump leaving you with useless tokens.

This is the pattern that’s been in the crypto MLM world and you must be aware of that.

As of right now I can’t recommend iBG Finance…
