Charlie runs a couple of ventures. Northflow Consulting, one of his businesses, offers a Gym Growth Accelerator package to help gym owners break the seven-figure threshold, generating roughly $100k monthly.
Imperium Acquisition, his other company, promotes a program named EasyGrow, designed to teach you how to gain more high-ticket clients, boasting a monthly revenue of about $500k.
Charlie attributes these earnings to organic traffic, even though I discovered him via a YouTube advert.
Irrespective of this minor inconsistency, Charlie claims his success comes from understanding the mechanics of client acquisition and how to streamline it.
Who Runs Imperium Acquisition
Charlie states, “I know how to automate the front end of a business, using proven systems for appointment booking and sales.”
He also mentions his current five-person sales team, highlighting their capability of booking around 1,000 to 2,000 appointments each month, a feat he believes you can replicate.
But you must act swiftly.
According to Charlie, his techniques are “brand new” and “unseen until now.”
Yet it does make one wonder, is Charlie joking, or is he genuinely offering something innovative?
Kind of reminds me of this Acquisition program.
How Does Imperium Acquisition Work
Ignoring my doubts, Charlie maintains his confident demeanor, asking, “What would an extra $10,000 to $50,000 a month do for you?”
As he sees it, his method works.
He cites his wealth of social proof and a superior offer to any competitor in the market.
With over 550+ coaches, consultants, and agency owners as clients, Charlie stresses their guarantee—if you don’t secure clients, they lose money.
Imperium Labs LTD, another related entity, possesses 15 proven systems designed to fill your calendar like a Black Friday shopper fills their cart.
They offer outbound, inbound, and paid methods.
The concept is straightforward—you subscribe, they help you install all 15 systems, and you run them.
If your calendar isn’t overflowing with potential leads you can convert, you don’t pay.
Best of all, Charlie assures this can be accomplished without:
- Investing in ads
- Overusing social media
- Selling your soul for content creation
- Sending copy-paste messages in DMs
- Resorting to deceptive marketing tactics
- Performing monotonous tasks like cold emailing
- Employing a multitude of VAs and appointment setters
- Utilizing any other outdated method your competitors might be using

You’re not buying a course or coaching program, you’re investing in systems.

Final Verdict
From my perspective, it seems like Charlie’s ambition might be overshooting the realities of his program—at least occasionally.
However, I doubt it’s causing him sleepless nights.
At $12k per enrollment, he can afford a $5k refund once in a while when his system doesn’t hit the mark.
Remember, as with all business ventures, due diligence is paramount.
Always research thoroughly before investing, and consider your options carefully.
