Third, if they really had the ability to produce their aggressive returns forever legally, they wouldn’t need affiliates or a compensation plan.

They could get a handful of investors and become billionaires in a short year or two…

Ponzi logic test doesn’t hold here…

Only income coming into the company is new investments paying off existing members which makes this company a ponzi scheme.

With all ponzi schemes, once recruitment slows down, they will pull an exit scam.

As of right now they are paying, but they will be short lived…
