Its domain (app.city2000.cc) was registered with fake details on August 12, 2024, and it’s linked to a Chinese registrar (Alibaba Singapore)—which is common among scams trying to hide their real location.
Oh, and in case that wasn’t enough to scream “sketchy”, City 2000 is already on the radar of the Central Bank of Russia, which flagged it as a pyramid scheme on February 21, 2025.
Translation: Even the Russian authorities (who don’t exactly shut down scams quickly) are warning people to stay away.
City 2000’s “Click a Button” Ponzi Scheme
City 2000 promises daily returns based on how much you invest. But here’s the catch—you have to “click a button” every day to qualify for payouts.

So, if someone tells you City 2000 is part of Dunlop Sports, they’re either lying or clueless.
