Lion Rock Investment Limited is an investment opportunity where they leverage industries like cryptocurrencies, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and natural resources to produce up to 300% returns.
They have incorporation certificates for both the UK and New Zealand, but those are meaningless for investment companies.
What they need to do is register with the UK and New Zealand’s securities regulators.
I have reviewed hundreds of crypto mlm’s in the past with UK incorporations that exit scammed on their members leaving them out of money.
Looking closer at this company, I noticed there is no information on who runs or owns Lion Rock Investment LTD.
If anyone who had the ability to produce 300% returns legally would definitely have their names on it.
The domain “lion-rock.net” was privately registered on September 13th, 2021 which makes this thing really new…

Lion Rock Investment Limited doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.
Now they do talk about how they invest in crypto and other industries, I just couldn’t find any proof of it.

Lion Rock Investment Limited Compensation Plan
Lion Rock has affiliates invest into the company on a promise they will get some kind of return.
- Basic – invest $30 to $50,000 and receive 13% daily for 8 days which includes your principle.
- Standard – invest $1,000 to $50,000 and receive 120% after 9 days which includes your principle.
- Advanced – invest $1,500 to $50,000 and receive 150% after 6 days which includes your principle.
- Premium – invest $2,500 to $50,000 and receive 300% after 4 days which includes your principle.
Referral Commissions
Referral commissions are paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.
Lion Rock Investment pays commissions through three tiers in a unilevel compensation plan.
Below is the percentage you can earn on the invested funds by your downline members.
- Level 1 – 5%
- Level 2 – 3%
- Level 3 – 1%

The affiliate membership is actually free, but if you want to be part of the investment opportunity, you must invest at least $30 or more.
Unlike all the other Lion Rock Investment Limited reviews out there I am going to keep it real in the final verdict.
Final Verdict
Does the Lion Rock Investment Limited scam exist?
Let’s just look at the facts…
First we have no idea who runs or owns the company which is a huge red flag.
Second, incorporation certificates are meaningless when it comes to security offerings, they must register with the FCA in the UK and the New Zealand equivalent.
Third, I couldn’t find any proof of their external revenue which is apparently funding their crazy high returns.
Plus if they really had the ability to produce those returns legally, there wouldn’t be an affiliate program…
All they would need is a handful of investors and become billionaires in a short few years.
Doesn’t pass the ponzi logic test….
Anyway, as of right now the company is paying but the problem is once recruitment slows down they will exit scam out of the blue.
I can’t recommend it…
